Thank you for reaching out. I am disappointed with your companies approach to solving my garage door issue. It seems that the solution to replace my existing opener was incorrect. The technician said that it was the board in the opener that had failed and due to its age they no longer were available. I did my own research and Chamberlain’s website offers a replacement boards for my exact model. Do you want to try again?

Jose did my installation. He diagnosed my problem. Discussed my options. His work was excellent. Very courteous and patient explaining the wi-fi hookup. Wish more people had his attitude and were as knowledgeable as he is about their work.

Work performed was OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. A simple query indicates the following: "Torsion springs usually cost between $180 and $320 for replacement, while extension springs often cost between $170 and $240 for a pair." I think that you SIGNIFICANTLY overcharged me for this repair and I am NOT IMPRESSED! The repair at most should have been $400 ____________________ Another on reddit posted I install garage doors and if you want the real price it’s about 35-42 per spring 24 for a 16 foot shaft and 20 for drums and berring brackets plus the berring between the springs and 4 bucks for the spring bracket. Jose was very knowledgeable and efficient and quickly identified the problem and gave me a quote for repair. It was fixed in a short time. I will never use this service again. I don't recommend anyone out there to use their service. If they do, be prepared to pay a high price. It cost me $730 for less than 2 hours of their labor work. They replaced two cables and charged $195 for this part alone. These similar cables cost less than $20 from Amazon. Also, they put a surcharge using credit card. After complaint, they removed the charge. Anyway, it's unfortunate that I have to give them 1 star. I am done with them.
