The spring broke on our garage door late Friday night (sounds like a big bang). I called Precision early Saturday morning and Ashley was great about scheduling a technician that day. Evan came out and right away knew what the issue was. He inspected it and explained what needed to be done giving all the possible options. He was done within 45 minutes and all has been well! Evan was professional as well as just being a nice guy!!! I would recommend Precision to anyone who has issues with their garage door!

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Doors and Jose. The garage door we chose was a special order & took 3 weeks to arrive. Jose answered all my questions & explained the process of installation before he started. He is very pleasant and It was obvious Jose is an expert in his field. When he finished the job, we had a beautiful, heavy duty, very quiet & insulated garage door. The entire installation, with the help of an assistant, took only 4 hours for the double door. The hauling away of the old door, rails, and clean up was all good, too. Precision Garage Doors was easy to contact to set up the initial consultation and estimate. Precision Garage Door installed a new garage door for me about 6 months ago. All went well with that. I will never use this service again. I don't recommend anyone out there to use their service. If they do, be prepared to pay a high price. It cost me $730 for less than 2 hours of their labor work. They replaced two cables and charged $195 for this part alone. These similar cables cost less than $20 from Amazon. Also, they put a surcharge using credit card. After complaint, they removed the charge. Anyway, it's unfortunate that I have to give them 1 star. I am done with them.
