I still haven’t received my receipt The garage door still sometimes doesn’t close but on the bright side the technician found a roller that was close to breaking it was bent the technician replaced it

The general manager called me saying that was a error on call center and cancel 2 times my installation. My car was outside several days waiting for the garage door to be installed . After the installation the technician was great but my door makes a lot of noise. Looks like my old door just waiting to be break down again. I hope I will have the warranty for that let’s see.

Very nice, helpful technician but we were told Precision won’t replace a belt, only the full garage door opener for $1,200. Will have to contact another company.

guys were friendly/nice .. however, prices quoted seemed very high.. remotes are like 160.00 and new garage door opener $1,000.00 ! can buy new for 180.00 to 220.00 , so install is about 750.00 to 800.00 .. 500.00 to 625.00 seems more appropriate

Prompt, professional, and friendly service but way, way, way too expensive for emergency calls. I felt taken advantage of because I was in a desperate situation with a garage door that would not go down in a home missing a door from the utility room to the garage.
