I needed my retractable gate/fence serviced, due to a loud squeaky noise when opening and closing the gate. I called around to several gate repair companies and they all wanted to charge a service fee just to come out to estimate the repairs. Precision was the only company that did not charge a service fee, plus they had someone here within 24 hours to evaluate the issue and provided me with a quote. A technician came by yesterday to install new wheels and to upgrade the reflector sensor and he was finished within an hour. Great experience!!

I really liked the service I got. I like the product, I like the way it was installed, and I like the way I was handled as a customer. So hard to find service in these times where “the customer is king”. I especially want to call out our technician Marco. He was super good, great attitude, answered all questions and gave good advice. He went out of his way to make me happy and he even returned the next day to help getting a remote on my truck to work, I really appreciate his service. I would highly recommend this company to work on garage doors and openers, and in fact I will use you again in the future for my door needs. Thanks!

I don’t remember the technicians name, but he done a great job. After inspecting everything and noted the needed repairs and gave me an estimate. He worked fast and efficiently, repairing everything needed. He then corrected some mistakes and things left incomplete by a previous technician (not from this company). I really enjoyed the interaction with him as he worked. If I every need work done on my garage door again, I will definitely call Precision Door Service. Highly recommend.

Nick did a great job of fixing our Garage door. Nice and friendly and explained what he was going to do to fix the issue. You can count on Nick to fix your Garage door issues. The next comments are for Precision Overhead Door company. I was charged $20 for gas. I was also charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. None of these things were done in the past. Just something to think about if you decide to use Precision Overhead Door company. The service itself was awesome which is why I gave them a five star rating. I just never heard of a company like this charging the credit card fee and charging for gas as well. Interesting.

Had a broken spring, they recommended an upgraded 2 spring install (as it is a double garage door) with no heavy upsell. Went with the recommended nylon rollers as well and the door is delightfully quiet.

Rating 5 stars for the technicians that came out as they performed good work, just not sure all the varying information I received was accurate. The installers were professional, and quick and did a good job, so the business practice should not reflect their rating. Harrison and Garret did a great job and are an asset to the organization. Would like someone to call me about the other issues I experienced during both services.

Ended up with a major problem to our garage door on a Saturday. Within 2.5 hours of my original call, a technician was on-site. Patrick did an amazing job. I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. Had a broken spring replaced and while we were at it, I had them replace the rollers. While the technician was here, he straightened the opener/track (building put it in crooked) and he lubed up the screw drive - our opener has NEVER been this quiet! I would have given 5 stars BUT while he was testing the door - up/down/up/down - the door opener capacitor blew. They were going to charge me $80 to install a new capacitor - found one on Amazon for $20 and had it shipped same day. All in all, very courteous and professional. Thanks!
