I don’t remember the technicians name, but he done a great job. After inspecting everything and noted the needed repairs and gave me an estimate. He worked fast and efficiently, repairing everything needed. He then corrected some mistakes and things left incomplete by a previous technician (not from this company). I really enjoyed the interaction with him as he worked. If I every need work done on my garage door again, I will definitely call Precision Door Service. Highly recommend.

Well, as we all run into sometimes my garage door opener started giving me the humming sound and would not move the garage door. It also turned out that I had a broken spring. I quickly jumped online to find a company that could come out and fix my issue. Knowing this was not going to be cheap I made sure and read some reviews from my area. Once I read through Precisions reviews I knew I was going to give them a call and get them out to the house. I called at about 1:45 pm on a Friday and they told me right away they would have someone out between 2 and 4pm. I got a call from Nick 10 minutes later and he showed at my garage in less than 30 minutes. Nick was very professional and eager to get started and gave me their different options and worked with me to stay within my budget. He didn't try to oversell for the sake of overselling. Once we decided he started to get to work right away and was finished within 90 minutes replacing two springs and a new garage door opener. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. The garage door is probably the second most used door in our house and is important to have a quite and reliable opening and closing each and every time along with the latest technology. Well worth the price for the peace of mind. Thank you for the quick turnaround and excellent service.

Saturday afternoon: WHAM! Heard loud noise in garage, but didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Until tried to leave and garage door would not open. I thought you could release the manual lever and lift the door open. However, I did not have 6 other guys handy to lift a 1200 pound wooden double door. :( I researched Angi's list which is helpful, but the 1st company did not have an appointment until Thursday. I just happened to have a flyer in the mail and responded to their Ad. Nick said he would be there Sunday morning early and finished in 1 hour. We had to use Uber twice Saturday night and very grateful we didn't have to repeat this Sunday or Monday. Very Much Appreciate the Service.

Nick did a great job of fixing our Garage door. Nice and friendly and explained what he was going to do to fix the issue. You can count on Nick to fix your Garage door issues. The next comments are for Precision Overhead Door company. I was charged $20 for gas. I was also charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. None of these things were done in the past. Just something to think about if you decide to use Precision Overhead Door company. The service itself was awesome which is why I gave them a five star rating. I just never heard of a company like this charging the credit card fee and charging for gas as well. Interesting.

We had an issue with a broken hinge and roller such that our door was stuck half open and we couldn't get in our out of the garage. Precision was able to schedule a repair the same day on a Sunday afternoon. Nick was able to respond ahead of schedule and repair our heavy wood double door, tune and adjust it so now it works better than when it was new.

I wish I could give 5 stars, but the scheduling and customer service team are rude, uncaring, and lie just to get you off the line. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now and will not be returning even though the techs are great.

Good Morning I am very sorry that you have had issues within our customer service department. I tried personally to call you right after Kameron had met with you, as he informed me that you did not go with the tracks on the door. I was calling to see how your service was and to let you know I was mailing you a refund check for that amount. I did leave a message, However I called from an out of state number so maybe this is why I never got a return call. I personally do not want to lose your business over customer service. I would love to speak with you, I will try reaching out again.

Had a broken spring, they recommended an upgraded 2 spring install (as it is a double garage door) with no heavy upsell. Went with the recommended nylon rollers as well and the door is delightfully quiet.

The installers were professional, and quick and did a good job, so the business practice should not reflect their rating. Harrison and Garret did a great job and are an asset to the organization. Would like someone to call me about the other issues I experienced during both services.

Our service guy was very diligent. Came out on weekend and had all of the parts on the truck. It was Mother's Day, my wife has cancer treatments, and needs to able to get out to doctor's office. He was very courteous and professional
