I needed my retractable gate/fence serviced, due to a loud squeaky noise when opening and closing the gate. I called around to several gate repair companies and they all wanted to charge a service fee just to come out to estimate the repairs. Precision was the only company that did not charge a service fee, plus they had someone here within 24 hours to evaluate the issue and provided me with a quote. A technician came by yesterday to install new wheels and to upgrade the reflector sensor and he was finished within an hour. Great experience!!

I don’t remember the technicians name, but he done a great job. After inspecting everything and noted the needed repairs and gave me an estimate. He worked fast and efficiently, repairing everything needed. He then corrected some mistakes and things left incomplete by a previous technician (not from this company). Well, as we all run into sometimes my garage door opener started giving me the humming sound and would not move the garage door. It also turned out that I had a broken spring. I quickly jumped online to find a company that could come out and fix my issue. Knowing this was not going to be cheap I made sure and read some reviews from my area. Once I read through Precisions reviews I knew I was going to give them a call and get them out to the house. I called at about 1:45 pm on a Friday and they told me right away they would have someone out between 2 and 4pm. I got a call from Nick 10 minutes later and he showed at my garage in less than 30 minutes. Nick was very professional and eager to get started and gave me their different options and worked with me to stay within my budget. He didn't try to oversell for the sake of overselling. Once we decided he started to get to work right away and was finished within 90 minutes replacing two springs and a new garage door opener. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. The garage door is probably the second most used door in our house and is important to have a quite and reliable opening and closing each and every time along with the latest technology. Well worth the price for the peace of mind. Thank you for the quick turnaround and excellent service.

Saturday afternoon: WHAM! Heard loud noise in garage, but didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Until tried to leave and garage door would not open. I thought you could release the manual lever and lift the door open. However, I did not have 6 other guys handy to lift a 1200 pound wooden double door. :( I researched Angi's list which is helpful, but the 1st company did not have an appointment until Thursday. I just happened to have a flyer in the mail and responded to their Ad. Nick said he would be there Sunday morning early and finished in 1 hour. We had to use Uber twice Saturday night and very grateful we didn't have to repeat this Sunday or Monday. Very Much Appreciate the Service.

Nick did a great job of fixing our Garage door. Nice and friendly and explained what he was going to do to fix the issue. You can count on Nick to fix your Garage door issues. The next comments are for Precision Overhead Door company. I was charged $20 for gas. I was also charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. None of these things were done in the past. Just something to think about if you decide to use Precision Overhead Door company. The service itself was awesome which is why I gave them a five star rating. I just never heard of a company like this charging the credit card fee and charging for gas as well. Interesting.
