Well, as we all run into sometimes my garage door opener started giving me the humming sound and would not move the garage door. It also turned out that I had a broken spring. I quickly jumped online to find a company that could come out and fix my issue. Knowing this was not going to be cheap I made sure and read some reviews from my area. Once I read through Precisions reviews I knew I was going to give them a call and get them out to the house. I called at about 1:45 pm on a Friday and they told me right away they would have someone out between 2 and 4pm. I got a call from Nick 10 minutes later and he showed at my garage in less than 30 minutes. Nick was very professional and eager to get started and gave me their different options and worked with me to stay within my budget. He didn't try to oversell for the sake of overselling. Once we decided he started to get to work right away and was finished within 90 minutes replacing two springs and a new garage door opener. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. The garage door is probably the second most used door in our house and is important to have a quite and reliable opening and closing each and every time along with the latest technology. Well worth the price for the peace of mind. Thank you for the quick turnaround and excellent service.

Saturday afternoon: WHAM! Heard loud noise in garage, but didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Until tried to leave and garage door would not open. I thought you could release the manual lever and lift the door open. However, I did not have 6 other guys handy to lift a 1200 pound wooden double door. :( I researched Angi's list which is helpful, but the 1st company did not have an appointment until Thursday. I just happened to have a flyer in the mail and responded to their Ad. Nick said he would be there Sunday morning early and finished in 1 hour. We had to use Uber twice Saturday night and very grateful we didn't have to repeat this Sunday or Monday. Very Much Appreciate the Service.

We had an issue with a broken hinge and roller such that our door was stuck half open and we couldn't get in our out of the garage. Precision was able to schedule a repair the same day on a Sunday afternoon. Nick was able to respond ahead of schedule and repair our heavy wood double door, tune and adjust it so now it works better than when it was new.

I tried personally to call you right after Kameron had met with you, as he informed me that you did not go with the tracks on the door. I was calling to see how your service was and to let you know I was mailing you a refund check for that amount. I used Precision a few years back to replace a failed opener, and I still receive wonderous reactions when people compare how quiet it operates to whatever they have clattering in their garages. Last night I arrived home and parked in the center of the two-car area because my wife was away. The fin on my SUV caught the door preventing it from operating.
