The spring broke on our garage door late Friday night (sounds like a big bang). I called Precision early Saturday morning and Ashley was great about scheduling a technician that day. Evan came out and right away knew what the issue was. He inspected it and explained what needed to be done giving all the possible options. He was done within 45 minutes and all has been well! Evan was professional as well as just being a nice guy!!! I would recommend Precision to anyone who has issues with their garage door!

1. The appointment was between 8am and 10 ( confirmed both on email as well as text message to my cell phone )however, the technician NEVER showed up. I have made two telephone calls and was told that the technician will contact us. At 10:30 AM the technician calls to say that he’ll be there in 10 minutes. Two hours later, he was still not there. I canceled the appointment. 2. I then received two bills for work done at some other locations and signed by other persons but addressed to me amounting to a total of $4000. I called the billing department and they confirmed that no work was done in our house and the manager will call back to address this. Never received a call.

I don’t remember the technicians name, but he done a great job. After inspecting everything and noted the needed repairs and gave me an estimate. He worked fast and efficiently, repairing everything needed. He then corrected some mistakes and things left incomplete by a previous technician (not from this company). I really enjoyed the interaction with him as he worked. If I every need work done on my garage door again, I will definitely call Precision Door Service. Highly recommend.
