Precision Garage Door installed a new garage door for me about 6 months ago. All went well with that. Due to my request, they returned yesterday to make sure all was well adjusted and working well before cold weather arrives. Very nice, professional, competent young men both times. Called Precision to perform a tune up and replace a keypad and install new rollers. Nick, the technician, arrived with a couple of hours after I set the appointment. He repaired and resolved the issues and reprogrammed the openers. Very professional, skilled and completed all services in a timely manner. Will call Precision in the future to address any door and opener issues.

I live about 100 miles from my rental property. I called the office and the nice lady was very helpful. She contacted my renter and set up an appointment time that was convenient with her. After the technician checked out the garage door and opener he called me with his suggestions. He advised me about the repairs and what the home warranty would cover. I made my decision and he stayed at the home that day until everything was completed. I was able to pay with a credit card over the phone. This was such an easy process from the initial call to the completed job and the payment. Thanks to Raymond who did such a great job!
