Precisión Garage door technician was extremely knowledgeable and clearly communicated options and pricing. Repair was best option and the pricing was more than reasonable. Work was done in short manner and very professionally. Gave advice as to cost saving preventive maintenance. Also took the time to show me what future repairs may be needed. Not an upscale. My wife and I (a disabled veteran) are on a fixed income and greatly appreciate the ability to budget future expenditures. Wish has called Precision last year. Called Precision to perform a tune up and replace a keypad and install new rollers. Nick, the technician, arrived with a couple of hours after I set the appointment. He repaired and resolved the issues and reprogrammed the openers. Very professional, skilled and completed all services in a timely manner. Will call Precision in the future to address any door and opener issues.

This is at written not to throw shade on the tech who most recently came to service my back fence sliding door but to show all technicians are not the same. The most recent visit was prompt and courteous but showed no detail to work. The issue was an easy fix was not off track but just fell over and is old. He told me eventually that I would need to replace the mother board but gave no explanation on why the door slide too far. Compared to last year for the same amount of money actually less because last year the guy also adjusted the chain may be the chain is too loose. This guy like I said appeared to be knowledgeable but for 7 minutes worth of work did not really address they why and I have no guarantee it won't happen again. In fact, he spent more time driving to my house rather than address the issue. Yes, my door is fixed but why did it happen and how can I avoid it in the future. I am certain the chain might also be an issue.

Prompt, professional, and friendly service but way, way, way too expensive for emergency calls. I felt taken advantage of because I was in a desperate situation with a garage door that would not go down in a home missing a door from the utility room to the garage.
