I live about 100 miles from my rental property. I called the office and the nice lady was very helpful. She contacted my renter and set up an appointment time that was convenient with her. After the technician checked out the garage door and opener he called me with his suggestions. He advised me about the repairs and what the home warranty would cover. I made my decision and he stayed at the home that day until everything was completed. I was able to pay with a credit card over the phone.
