Not just on time but early! The tech called to see if it was ok to come early as he was ahead of schedule. Worked out great! The tech was kind and professional. He got my garage door fixed up in no time. Walked me through what he did and made recommendations for improvements that I will think about. Precision is the best and you live up to your name. Thanks!

These guys were great. They arrived when I was told they would, they fixed the problem in a very short time, they were clean and efficient and knew what they were doing. I have had no issues with my garage door since they were here and would recommend them to anyone needing service. The3 quality of their work and their knowledge for repairing what was broken, was phenomenal. It took them about 15 minutes to fix what I believed would take several hours. Thanks guys. I’ve used the company before. This time I called and a technician called me within 15 minutes and he was here in 30 minutes. I called to report the problem and the garage door was fixed in 1&1/2 hours. The gentleman was polite, informative about my problem and the options I had, and efficient.

This is the 2nd time I've used Precision when I had problems with my garage door. They were able to get me on the schedule for an appointment right away. Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. I will say that I was taken aback by the price.
