1. The appointment was between 8am and 10 ( confirmed both on email as well as text message to my cell phone )however, the technician NEVER showed up. I have made two telephone calls and was told that the technician will contact us. At 10:30 AM the technician calls to say that he’ll be there in 10 minutes. Two hours later, he was still not there. I canceled the appointment. 2. I then received two bills for work done at some other locations and signed by other persons but addressed to me amounting to a total of $4000. I called the billing department and they confirmed that no work was done in our house and the manager will call back to address this. Never received a call.

I would like to apologize for the miscommunication between our call center and our technician. Our technician called you to let you know he was on his way then at which time the call center canceled the call so the technician then was rerouted to another residence. We would like to make things right and send another technician to evaluate your garage door needs. Management will be in contact with you to set that up. Nope. The tech called at 10:18am to say he will be there in 20min. At 12:10pm I called and canceled. Thus, he hadn’t shown up even 2hrs after he had said he was coming. Either way, I am done.

The most pleasant experience in 37 years at my home was this door replacement. My old door had bent and jammed, leaving my garage permanently closed. I called Precision and Nick came out and patiently explained my options, with me deciding on a basic steel door. I chose the 6 month deferred finance option, realizing after Nick left that I had picked the wrong option. This is where Stacy entered the picture. She was very knowledgeable and patient, informing me that she could switch my financing option to the one I really wanted. Stacy became my touch point with Precision and was always a delight with every question answered. The installation was promptly performed by Chris the day after I met with Nick. Chris was also wonderful to work with and it still amazes me that one person (alone) can remove a jammed door and install a new one. I fear I kept him an extra hour at our house because we talked about unrelated issues so much. The door and opener work perfectly and the door is so well balanced that I can open it easily even without an exterior handle. I wish all my home maintenance was this pleasant. I chose Precision Door because they were well rated and available same-day on Sunday when I discovered the spring had broken. The tech arrived as scheduled. Evan was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He worked with me on what needed to be done, fixed everything I requested and went over it all with me when he was done. My garage door opens beautifully and quietly now!

These guys were great. They arrived when I was told they would, they fixed the problem in a very short time, they were clean and efficient and knew what they were doing. I have had no issues with my garage door since they were here and would recommend them to anyone needing service. The3 quality of their work and their knowledge for repairing what was broken, was phenomenal. It took them about 15 minutes to fix what I believed would take several hours. Thanks guys. I was not very satisfied with the service from Precision Garage Door. I requested that the technician perform routine maintenance and check up on my garage door. The service was very expensive. In addition to the cost of parts, there was door lubrication and labor cost that totaled $740. The technician replaced all of the roller because he said it would make the garage door quieter, but it did not. I'm not convince it was necessary. I asked the technician if I should remove my car from the garage, but he said it was not necessary. When the service was complete, my car was covered with oil from the lubricant he sprayed all over the garage door. I had to get my car detailed to clean up all the oil that was sprayed on my car. I don't think I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.
