These guys were great. They arrived when I was told they would, they fixed the problem in a very short time, they were clean and efficient and knew what they were doing. I have had no issues with my garage door since they were here and would recommend them to anyone needing service. The3 quality of their work and their knowledge for repairing what was broken, was phenomenal. It took them about 15 minutes to fix what I believed would take several hours. Thanks guys. If I need you again, I will call you all.

I was not very satisfied with the service from Precision Garage Door. I requested that the technician perform routine maintenance and check up on my garage door. The service was very expensive. In addition to the cost of parts, there was door lubrication and labor cost that totaled $740. The technician replaced all of the roller because he said it would make the garage door quieter, but it did not. I'm not convince it was necessary. I asked the technician if I should remove my car from the garage, but he said it was not necessary. When the service was complete, my car was covered with oil from the lubricant he sprayed all over the garage door. I had to get my car detailed to clean up all the oil that was sprayed on my car. I don't think I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

We called Precision Door and they came out to assess our issues with our gate not working properly. Dre was amazing after getting a circuit board he came back out to install same day to get us up and working. Excellent work ethic. I chose Precision because you could come out that same day. the technician need an excellent job in all the work he did. I had to replace all the parts of the unit including a new motor.

PRECISION GARAGE DOOR REPAIR. This is just a heads up if you need any service to your garage door. They charge more than anyone else, and treat me like this. This the the letter I sent them this morning. First of all we are not a "valued customer". I called an hour after our service yesterday and stated that the service man you sent out, did not fix our problem, but instead serviced the unit and changed us $270 for something I did not even want or need. I pointed out where the issue was, and that it works from time to time, but the part needed to be replaced. The first time we left the house, the garage door still won't open or close, the same as the day before and I called just an hour after he left. When I called I requested some other man come out and repair, and was told they would come between 2-4 pm. We waited all day, someone called about 1pm and asked what the issue was, and I told him (as I did the first service man). He said he would have some one call me. No one did. I can't tell you how crappy your customer service is. I do have a large social media presence and I will for sure let all my customers, and on facebook, next door and any where I can, know how you operate. I will call someone else to repair my garage, and if you do not return my check, that will show how much you value customer service. Precision Door Service is a misnomer.

Our door's spring broke, so we couldn't open the door. It was a Sunday, and we had to meet someone that afternoon. We called at 2:30PM and the tech was there about 3:30PM. It took about 15-20 minutes and we were good to go! Couldn't have been easier or quicker!

The technician arrived on time and quickly repaired the broken spring. He noted that the double door should have 2 springs (to which I agreed) and made that upgrade. For emergency service the price was fair. I would recommend them.

Sam was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Based on his assessment that what we really need is a new garage door since the current one came with the house 1988. I would recommend this company! My garage door was hanging half off the rails. Two wheels were broken off, and it was dangerous. They came same day. My tech was great, fast fixed it like new. I am happy that's taken care of. I will call them again if I have a need.

Antonio was polite and called to ask if he could come early and that worked out great for me. He was very nice and professional and met my price point. I needed a new garage door and opener. I was pleased with this company. They call like they are supposed to and answer the phones. I was pleased that they could meet me during my spare time, whichbisnt much. The garage door and opener are installed and working great. I would recommend them.

I’ve used the company before. This time I called and a technician called me within 15 minutes and he was here in 30 minutes. I called to report the problem and the garage door was fixed in 1&1/2 hours. The gentleman was polite, informative about my problem and the options I had, and efficient.

I chose Precision because I had an issue that compromised security of my garage and on the internet Precision was the only company to declare 24/7 service availability. I called and there was a live person answer the phone an assign a 2-hour window in which the technician would arrive. It wasn't possible for him to come during the night hours that my door was not secure because there was only one person working that night and he had all he could do. So, Jonathan, the technician arrived right near the beginning of that window. He was personable and knowledgeable. He took what appeared to be an impossible situation and righted it within about half an hour. He shared recommendations and acted in a very professional manner. I was very pleased and would certainly recommend this company to anyone else. This was a garage door repair where the door went up more quickly on one side than the other, left the track in a couple places and basically was stuck and impossible for me to move. He repositioned the door, straightened bent tracks, remounted the door into the tracks and tested to make sure the door would move freely and correctly. He recommended that I choose to use Precision for my needs in the future and I easily agreed that would be a good idea. He placed a sticker near my entry door, into the house, so I would always have the phone number at the ready. I give Precision 5 stars as I was very pleased with the prompt and professional service performed!
