We never give much thought to our garage doors until they are not working properly; then they can become a great inconvenience. When our door became stuck in a half open- half closed position; I called Precision Garage Door Service and received prompt and courteous service. Our repairman, Tim, arrived quickly, and efficiently made the needed repair. I am very happy with all aspects of the service provided. THANKS

Aaron from Precision was wonderful: knowledgable, courteous and very professional! He repaired my dead garage door opener which was damaged during a power surge. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and why. Didn't treat me like the moron I am when it comes to electronics. And superseded my expectations with his kind personality. In other words, HE ROCKS!! It's the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Precision is lucky to have such an employee and I hope they understand that! Thanks Aaron!

Called for a replacement garage door opener to be installed. Technician showed up as scheduled. My options were explained thoroughly and the work was done to my satisfaction. The technician was courteous and professional. Overall a 5 star experience. Highly recommend.

The tech that came out was very helpful and friendly. I always ask questions if and when I have any service at my home. He was willing and knowledgeable to answer my questions of preventive maintenance. The repair was completely quickly and no mess or debris was left for clean up. Good Job well done! John Walker

I originally had my opener purchased and installed by another company who "stated" I had a warranty with my purchase. After less than a year of frustration I called them and they stated that my parts are under warranty but mandatory labor and trip charge were not! And even though they advertise same day service, they could not see me for four days! So I hung up with them and called Precision! From the moment Michael entered my home "on time as promised" he was courteous, diagnosed my problem immediately, explained the service required and the very minimal cost associated, and then went to work! Michael was awesome! He made my garage door work better than it ever had! Or as he would humbly say, "he made it work the way it was suppose to work"! Thank you Michael! My future is with Precision! You guys are so awesome! I can't thank you enough! :-)
