I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. Had a broken spring replaced and while we were at it, I had them replace the rollers. While the technician was here, he straightened the opener/track (building put it in crooked) and he lubed up the screw drive - our opener has NEVER been this quiet! I would have given 5 stars BUT while he was testing the door - up/down/up/down - the door opener capacitor blew. They were going to charge me $80 to install a new capacitor - found one on Amazon for $20 and had it shipped same day. All in all, very courteous and professional. Thanks!

Ronnie came out and thoroughly explained what was wrong with our old garage door opener. I was given three price options for repair, which I believe were titled Good, Better, Best. After selecting, Ronnie quickly went to work on replacing the garage door opener. My husband came home just after he walked through all the features and kindly went over them again with my husband. I called to schedule my appointment mid-morning and had my garage door repaired by late afternoon. Ronnie was super nice and did a great job!

I backed into our garage door on Wednesday afternoon. Two very nice young men came out Friday morning at the time they were scheduled (8am). Gave me an estimate, and had the door repaired by 10am. Very professional in every way.

Precision took my call on Sunday and sent Tim out Monday morning. He called and gave me the ETA and did the work promptly. My technician also gave me additional information and training how to use the door opener. He went above and beyond the call. I am very impressed with the quality of service and would recommend precision to anyone needing their garage door serviced.
