Overall, the service was good and well done. However, the tech put a giant sticker over the automatic door warning, which is required for liability purposes when we rent our house, since the door can automatically open/close remotely. The tech also scratched out the manufacture date on our garage opener unit, and then tried to explain how old our unit was. Both of those things turned me off a little. Would I use them again? I probably would, since they came out very short notice (same day), but I'll feel compelled to supervise them.
