Thank you for reaching out. I am disappointed with your companies approach to solving my garage door issue. It seems that the solution to replace my existing opener was incorrect. The technician said that it was the board in the opener that had failed and due to its age they no longer were available. I did my own research and Chamberlain’s website offers a replacement boards for my exact model. Do you want to try again?

Eduardo, the technician who came to repair our garage door was courteous and professional. My appointment time was between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Eduardo called me at 4:00 pm to make sure I was still available for my appointment. Eduardo was across town and told me his estimated time of arrival would be around 5:00 pm due to traffic. Eduardo arrived at 4:50 pm. He and my husband assessed the problem and it was quickly resolved. Eduardo then serviced our garage door opener.
