Terrible service. They send a sales guy, Caesar who recommended a new gate opener. I took his advice and spent about 6K. After one week opener stopped working. Now they are keep rescheduling appointment. Almost a month I still can not close my gate. They are very friendly over the phone but no service. Please be careful before hiring this company. Today July 4th, I wasted my afternoon waiting for them till I called them and find out another reschedule. I should have researched this company before I paid them. As I can see now they do not work on iron gate opener but they did it any way. Also they supposed to be open till 6 pm today but no one would help. Wrong way doing business.

Mr. Niaz I would like to apologize for the unnecessary events you have encountered while doing business with my company. I know there had been some scheduling issues and miscommunication issues on the 4th of July when we came to install. I know that we have since been to your residence and I hope that everything is satisfactory. I know that my manager had sent you a video of the work performed. There are no excuses for our lack of communication and errors and I am sorry that we failed you in customer service. Good service / knowledgeable tech It would be helpful to inform the homeowner that the replacement springs (powder coated) are much more expensive than the standard metal springs. I am good with paying the higher price as the metal powder coated springs will indeed be protected and last much longer. Tahnks

When my garage door spring broke one night, I called the next morning and they were able to send a technician out the same day. Appointments not kept, first 10-12, then 12-2, then 2-4.. finally got here at 4:30. Technician, had an attitude "well im here now."..I should have inquired about price....$700 to replace springs.....really?...ill be sure to check around next time.

Sam arrived early and diagnosed the problem in 10 seconds! He set to work and within one hour had our door and opener running smoother and quieter than when new. I asked him to staple his card by the opener button because I know who I will call the next time the need arises. Thanks Sam

Sam showed up promptly at 8am and gave us a fair estimate on replacing our garage opener and rollers. He worked quickly and helped me set up the app so that we can open/close our garage door anywhere from our phones. He was friendly and respectful of our home (asked if he needed to take his shoes off to come in). We will definitely use Precision Door again! Thanks!

As a very critical observer of Vendors in our market place and their practices in their line of work, I will say these folks are exceptionally proficient at honoring their advertisement and their work. A new door installed 4 months ago and the wall mount pops a wire this week. After a quick installation with a fine new door, they are just as quick to correct a minor glitch after the fact. I am compelled to give them the highest recommendation of STELLAR. Also, their technicians were good guys and we liked them on both occasions.
