The spring broke on our garage door late Friday night (sounds like a big bang). I called Precision early Saturday morning and Ashley was great about scheduling a technician that day. Evan came out and right away knew what the issue was. He inspected it and explained what needed to be done giving all the possible options. He was done within 45 minutes and all has been well! Evan was professional as well as just being a nice guy!!! I would recommend Precision to anyone who has issues with their garage door!

He did a full inspection on the garage door system and provided us with three affordable options. He didn’t try to upsell or add things on that we didn’t need. Terrible service. They send a sales guy, Caesar who recommended a new gate opener. I took his advice and spent about 6K. After one week opener stopped working. Now they are keep rescheduling appointment. Almost a month I still can not close my gate. They are very friendly over the phone but no service. Please be careful before hiring this company. Today July 4th, I wasted my afternoon waiting for them till I called them and find out another reschedule. I should have researched this company before I paid them. As I can see now they do not work on iron gate opener but they did it any way. Also they supposed to be open till 6 pm today but no one would help. Wrong way doing business.

Good service / knowledgeable tech It would be helpful to inform the homeowner that the replacement springs (powder coated) are much more expensive than the standard metal springs. I am good with paying the higher price as the metal powder coated springs will indeed be protected and last much longer. Tahnks

When my garage door spring broke one night, I called the next morning and they were able to send a technician out the same day. Appointments not kept, first 10-12, then 12-2, then 2-4.. finally got here at 4:30. Technician, had an attitude "well im here now."..I should have inquired about price....$700 to replace springs.....really?...ill be sure to check around next time.
