Ronnie called ahead to let me know when he would be here. He went over all the repairs that he recommended. He preformed the repairs and then showed me what he had repaired. His worked was done very well. I would recommend Ronnie to any for good service.

Excellent service, the technicians were professional, courteous and explained the entire process to me of what needed to be repaired and why. They even took the time to show me a new part versus the warn part on the door. I did not feel they were trying to over sell me on anything, but wanted to make sure all parts were up to standard. First of all, Precision gets an "A+" for being readily available on a Sunday which also happened to be a holiday. Having Tim as our technician was the icing on the cake. He contacted us prior to his arrival, which happened to be earlier than scheduled. He took the time to clearly explain our repair options and answer my questions about the products and industry in general. Fantastic customer service and a friendly, happy attitude. The work was completed in under an hour. Thank you Tim, and thank you Precision.
