The customer service was amazing and heart warming in a day when people have no patience for their customers. First of all, Precision gets an "A+" for being readily available on a Sunday which also happened to be a holiday. Having Tim as our technician was the icing on the cake. He contacted us prior to his arrival, which happened to be earlier than scheduled. He took the time to clearly explain our repair options and answer my questions about the products and industry in general. Fantastic customer service and a friendly, happy attitude. I called Precision when my garage door failed to open. From the telephone call to the handshake at the end, it was a classy experience. My technician, Tim, showed up and was very professional. He walked me through the issue, made recommendations on the various options I had. He was in and out in less than an hour. Everything looked as if he were never here when he left. He even told me about a coupon that was available that I was unaware of, waiving the labor charge. This is the definition of INTEGRITY. It obvious this is a great company, with a fantastic set of expectations for its employees. I would recommend Precision without a doubt.
