I had an immediate need for help with a broken door and just called Precision this morning. By 3pm Tim was on site and fixing my door. Everything is back to normal and working perfect. Great service and support.

Service was promptly scheduled for the next morning. Technician showed up on time. Technician called approximately 20 minutes before arrival to provide advance notice. Work was completed in an expeditious manner and the technician was courteous and professional.

I was in a jam when my garage door stopped working (on a Saturday) and Tim came out within an hour of my call to Precision. I was really impressed with the level of service, he was very courteous and explained all of the options and payments up front. Overall it was a great experience! I will definitely use Precision again in the future.

Could not get my automatic gate to open on a Saturday and was in a panic thinking I couldn't get anyone out during the weekend to repair it. Called Precision and Troy was out that same day!! Ended up replacing my old opener (and I mean old). Everyone was very friendly and prompt and I couldn't be happier with the service and my new Liftmaster ????
