Technician was injured when he arrived on the job and indicated everything was okay with garage door, but indicated he oiled everything. The door is still noisy; therefore, his work did not improve the working of the door. The technician indicated the charges still apply which I paid. I told the technician he should seek medical help.

Have to admit when I called I wasn’t expecting same day service, but that is what we got. Ken was polite and professional. Saw what the problem and fixed it promptly. Very pleased with the service.

Yesterday 10/52021 Kenneth arrived on time, and he looked over the garage door opener and we had a great conversation about to fix or replace it. He was patient, courteous, and I may have kept him longer than expected but he was EXCELLENT and I will think over options with Precision and the other “garage door people”. I would highly recommend Precision to help fix or replace any issues.

The problem I had with my garage door was that it was stuck at about the half way point, and would not move. The technician that came out to my home (Patrick) was both very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem. Then replaced the defective parts, made some adjustments to the door, and finished with some general maintenance on the working door parts with some lubrication.

Our garage door broke in 2017 and a tech came out the same day to repair it. Service was prompt then, and again today for an unrelated issue. Yesterday the spring broke on the door, and repairs were made today efficiently and promptly.

service men were the best. BUT, the parts they installed were not. the new gate controller came with a bad circuit board. the mag lock did not work. each time they needed a part, it was not on the truck. they said the office would call with a new install date.. that never happened. i made all the calls , and was put off. it's working now, but i have no confidence in the quality of this product.

Very satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend Precision but with a clause. I am not sure that the price was not a little to high but since my garage door spring was broke and it was 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday maybe that was why it was so high. Thank you for coming out and fixing my garage door on such short notice.

Bret was professional, courteous, and installed the new springs and rollers faster than I expected. He upgraded from one spring to two. After the service and lube, the door is quieter than it has ever been. Great job.

Extremely polite and professional service. Both employees that showed up to install my new opener and repair the door were very knowledgeable. Each one made sure the job was done correctly and working properly before leaving. The new Liftmaster opener is great but what sells it for me was the customer service.

Same day service. Needed new springs and door opener. The gentlemen were knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. They gave me options to choose from. They were fast and friendly. Precision garage door was great. I called and they got an appointment just a couple hours later. The tech was on time. Preston was wonderful. He explained what was wrong, gave some options, and then got to work right away. He even took a minute to explain a few extra things before he left. Was a super easy experience.
