The general manager called me saying that was a error on call center and cancel 2 times my installation. My car was outside several days waiting for the garage door to be installed . After the installation the technician was great but my door makes a lot of noise. Looks like my old door just waiting to be break down again. I hope I will have the warranty for that let’s see.

Precision still lives up to their name! Used them some time ago for garage door springs replacement. This call a different issue. Personable & professional customer service from the initial call for service - which is handled by a live person, not a recording - to a technician who arrives on time, in clean company uniform, assesses what needs to be done, reviews the findings, then upon your approval, remedies the issue efficiently & effectively! Marco notified us as he was on his way. I matched his name with the picture sent in the email prior to his arrival for identification. He was mannerly, respectful, professional & friendly. Knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Then took care to repair our garage door quickly. Did a great job! Garage door works smoothly - and will for a long time! This is the company to call if you ever need your garage door repaired! Love the way they operate & their customer service! Thank you!

Bo was the name of my installer . Let me tell you; Bo was the BEST!! He is very knowledgeable and very professional. Still a gentleman in these days and time. Bo, took off his hat when greeting my wife and was oh so very kind and nice. Very hard worker and was the job to be done right! Even if takes him a bit longer; he never cut any corners. Overall. Terrible company. Do NOT waste your money. Tech came out on a Saturday. He said we needed a new opener unit. We paid in full (which we should not have done). We were told they would install on Monday between 10:00 and 12:00. No one showed up. No one called to let us know why. I called the company. Nobody seemed to know anything but finally said they hadn't received a work order. We never got a work order. It's now 3:00 and no answers on how to fix this problem from the company even though someone said they would get back to me. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and very unorganized. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.
