Eduardo, the technician who came to repair our garage door was courteous and professional. My appointment time was between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Eduardo called me at 4:00 pm to make sure I was still available for my appointment. Eduardo was across town and told me his estimated time of arrival would be around 5:00 pm due to traffic. Eduardo arrived at 4:50 pm. He and my husband assessed the problem and it was quickly resolved. Eduardo then serviced our garage door opener. I was pleasantly surprised by his willingness to make sure we were happy with his service. It was refreshing to deal with a person wanting to do his best for you. Thank you Eduardo.

I called Precision Garage Door to come out for a consultation and an estimate for a new garage door. I made the choice to call Precision based on websites, reviews, and a pic of a garage door that we liked. Our current door is older, noisy, dented, and not insulated against the heat & cold. It was quick & easy to set up an appointment for this to happen. Drey was our tech for the appointment arriving on time and is a personable guy that is very knowledgeable in the garage door world. He answered every question that I could throw at him, giving a very “can do” solution for all my concerns with my current garage door situation. End result was that we ordered a new garage door that will be strong, well insulated, attractive, & run quietly, The door was a special order so we are waiting just a few short weeks for arrival and installation. Yes, Drey was courteous. However, I don't understand the lack of professionalism in sending a technician out who brought no tools, not even a grease gun to do any work but still charged a service call fee. I was told when I scheduled that the work could be done same day. He was not in his service truck as it was in the shop, so why come at all? Just for the $70.00 fee, for which I received nothing? we will see if this company is willing to make it right.

As I’m driving down Sam Rayburn Tollway, a Precision Garage Door truck starts getting very close to my vehicle in the next lane over. He almost scratched the side of my vehicle because he was texting and driving. Don’t put people who risk others lives behind the wheel in a company car.

The representative who came out first was great, assessed the damages and answered all questions, also the price. Chris came out and put up all new rails, springs and doors in about 4 hours. The general manager called me saying that was a error on call center and cancel 2 times my installation. My car was outside several days waiting for the garage door to be installed . After the installation the technician was great but my door makes a lot of noise. Looks like my old door just waiting to be break down again. I hope I will have the warranty for that let’s see.

We just moved into our house a couple weeks ago and had our garage door fail on a Sunday. Nick was out here within an hour. He did a full inspection on the garage door system and provided us with three affordable options. He didn’t try to upsell or add things on that we didn’t need. Our garage door now runs smoother and quieter than ever before. As a bonus when he finished with the garage door he help me unload a very heavy Blackstone box. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. If you’re having garage door issues give Nick a call!

One star because they came out same day. Our garage door was going up and down on it's own and we couldn't figure out why. They came out and quoted that we need a whole new garage door system for $1000+ (our garage door opener is only 3 years old), and didn't even try simple fixes. Preventative maintenance was quoted at just under $500, and would have to be scheduled for another day (which I'm grateful for because it turns out all it needed was some grease on the chain and the rails and now it works fine). Now they are calling to get the $72 fee for coming out to assess the garage. Feels EXTEREMELY scammy.
