The general manager called me saying that was a error on call center and cancel 2 times my installation. My car was outside several days waiting for the garage door to be installed . After the installation the technician was great but my door makes a lot of noise. Looks like my old door just waiting to be break down again. I hope I will have the warranty for that let’s see.

One star because they came out same day. Our garage door was going up and down on it's own and we couldn't figure out why. They came out and quoted that we need a whole new garage door system for $1000+ (our garage door opener is only 3 years old), and didn't even try simple fixes. Preventative maintenance was quoted at just under $500, and would have to be scheduled for another day (which I'm grateful for because it turns out all it needed was some grease on the chain and the rails and now it works fine). Now they are calling to get the $72 fee for coming out to assess the garage. Feels EXTEREMELY scammy.

One comment, knowing that everything is now digital, some sort of payment receipt should be issued confirming payment made for the services rendered. In our case, since a check payment was made, some sort of receipt should be emailed or forwarded somehow to the customer. Overall, service was excellent.
