I was very distressed to find my garage door would not stay closed this morning. Since it was Sunday, I was concerned I would have to pay more for service. The folks at Precision assured me a technician would come to my home on Sunday afternoon and address the problem. My technician's name is Ian Guidry. He showed up early, fixed the problem quickly and was courteous and professional. He explained what happened and how it was fixed. I was relieved that my garage door was fixed quickly. Precision is a very professional organization and Ian was awesome!!!

Dre was amazing after getting a circuit board he came back out to install same day to get us up and working. Excellent work ethic. I chose this company because they didn’t charge extra for weekend appointments. I am glad I did. Triton came out on a Sunday morning to fix my door. Great technician . Super guy. Very friendly and professional. He explained everything to me very well and had it fixed in no time.

Tryton Coe and his assistant came to our house a couple of days ago to fix our broken overhead garage door. They were both courteous, competent, friendly, and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before they left (not just the broken spring we started with). We are very please with their service!

I used Precision a few years back to replace a failed opener, and I still receive wonderous reactions when people compare how quiet it operates to whatever they have clattering in their garages. Last night I arrived home and parked in the center of the two-car area because my wife was away. The fin on my SUV caught the door preventing it from operating. I felt safe overnight but called Precision for today, and they came, they saw, and they conquered. Fast, friendly, quality work. I Love It!

I chose Precision because you could come out that same day. the technician need an excellent job in all the work he did. I had to replace all the parts of the unit including a new motor.

Larry Stafford did a great job in replacing the torsion springs of my garage door. Thanks Larry. I think the springs are a little pricey, but I understand some reasoning for it. Just glad my door is working. Service was very good.

I was so amazed to see such a friendly and professional tech to service my gate opener. He was very respectful and knowledgeable of my system. He called before his arrival, and he gave me an approximate time of arrival. He fixed the problem I was having with my gate, and he made sure I understood how to operate my new remote. I was verbally quoted a price of $150.00 to $250.00 to replace a spring then I live chatted and they wrote the same quote. Carlos the tech after making the repair told me the cost would be $650.00. This is criminal business practices.

My tech arrived on time following a phone call 30 mins prior. He lubricated the chain, and turned a screw to adjust the stopping point, then told me it would be $450 for the 4 minutes of "work". I told him that was preposterous. He discounted it $100 under protest. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for gate repairs. No where do they state that these fees are mandatory if they show up. Furious...

Our repair technician arrived 45 minutes earlier than promised, was very friendly, and did a superb installation of our new garage door opener. He also adjusted the door springs and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We could not be more pleased with the service.
