My tech arrived on time following a phone call 30 mins prior. He lubricated the chain, and turned a screw to adjust the stopping point, then told me it would be $450 for the 4 minutes of "work". I told him that was preposterous. He discounted it $100 under protest. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for gate repairs. No where do they state that these fees are mandatory if they show up. Furious...

Tryton Cole did a great job repairing my broken garage door spring repair! He was punctual, professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and very knowledgeable about how to fix and repair my garage door. Tryton took the time to educate me on what needed to be fixed, and he was very confident in stating that he would get the job done. I highly recommend Tryton and I will be referring him to my neighbors in my subdivision! I'm very impressed with the overall customer service I received at Precision!

When my garage door spring broke one night, I called the next morning and they were able to send a technician out the same day. Our repair technician arrived 45 minutes earlier than promised, was very friendly, and did a superb installation of our new garage door opener. He also adjusted the door springs and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We could not be more pleased with the service.

Triton did a great job this morning. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job! A couple of things he didn't have in his truck to finish everything today, but I trust that the job will be completed to our satisfaction as soon a possible. You are definitely on our next "job call"!

2nd time I have used Precision Doors. They are prompt and thorough. Their service is very good. Tryton fixed the break that I caused and refurbished other door parts (rollers, cables). I highly recommend them for their service.

Why was I quoted 195 to install a garage door I purchased and you technician charged me 288? When I questioned him about it, he said it was labor. I explained the entire 195 was labor since i bought the garage door. Someone owes me $93 plus tax.

Yesterday 10/52021 Kenneth arrived on time, and he looked over the garage door opener and we had a great conversation about to fix or replace it. He was patient, courteous, and I may have kept him longer than expected but he was EXCELLENT and I will think over options with Precision and the other “garage door people”. I would highly recommend Precision to help fix or replace any issues.

While the work was good, there were many surprise charges. Everything was inflated. Be prepared to shell out a lot of money. At least twice what you would expect for the same parts.

I thought they would have been reasonably price..... but I think they over charged my parents .... cost them over$1000 .... yes Over One Thousand Dollars got s new garage door system.... they took advantage over senior adults.... please do not use this company... will tell everyone Never to use this company.... RIP OFF...........

PRECISION GARAGE DOOR REPAIR. This is just a heads up if you need any service to your garage door. They charge more than anyone else, and treat me like this. This the the letter I sent them this morning. First of all we are not a "valued customer". I called an hour after our service yesterday and stated that the service man you sent out, did not fix our problem, but instead serviced the unit and changed us $270 for something I did not even want or need. I pointed out where the issue was, and that it works from time to time, but the part needed to be replaced. The first time we left the house, the garage door still won't open or close, the same as the day before and I called just an hour after he left. When I called I requested some other man come out and repair, and was told they would come between 2-4 pm. We waited all day, someone called about 1pm and asked what the issue was, and I told him (as I did the first service man). He said he would have some one call me. No one did. I can't tell you how crappy your customer service is. I do have a large social media presence and I will for sure let all my customers, and on facebook, next door and any where I can, know how you operate. I will call someone else to repair my garage, and if you do not return my check, that will show how much you value customer service. Precision Door Service is a misnomer.

My technician was Kurtis and he was awesome. He notified me 30 minutes prior to coming. Explained in detailed what needed to be done and provided me with an estimate before proceeding with the necessary repairs. I was extremely impressed with the turn around time. Precision literally completed the job in less than 24 hours from the initial call to the completion of the repair. Thank you for your assistance.
