The repairman who came our house to replace our garage door opener was friendly and respectful to me. He quickly gained my confidence and replaced our garage door opener. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I will use them again when the need arises to repair my garage door and would recommend them to my friends.

Very friendly technicians and always on time. My new garage door was a little noisy at first, but Triton made the necessary adjustments. The new door is much quieter now. Thank you, Triton. And thank you, Chris for the installation.

Requested estimate on door replacement. What I received was totally confusing? I asked for replacement cost for one large door, or two smaller doors which is currently the situation. Got estimate on "Good", Better or Best. None of which explain sizes, composition, and 1st one "Good" quotes Lavor $90. Door $2,046. which equals $4,363 total. Scary addition. Rep. was here less than 5 minutes and supposedly checked and rated 40 items on condition of existing system?? Again, very confused.

I can't thank the company enough this was my first time using this company. So glad I went with them. Triton C. Called and said he would be at my location in 30 minutes it was less he was very very professional so good to work with someone who loves their job and dont mine the customer asking questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company for your garage needs.

Our service guy was very diligent. Came out on weekend and had all of the parts on the truck. It was Mother's Day, my wife has cancer treatments, and needs to able to get out to doctor's office. He was very courteous and professional

I was not very satisfied with the service from Precision Garage Door. I requested that the technician perform routine maintenance and check up on my garage door. The service was very expensive. In addition to the cost of parts, there was door lubrication and labor cost that totaled $740. The technician replaced all of the roller because he said it would make the garage door quieter, but it did not. I'm not convince it was necessary. I asked the technician if I should remove my car from the garage, but he said it was not necessary. When the service was complete, my car was covered with oil from the lubricant he sprayed all over the garage door. I had to get my car detailed to clean up all the oil that was sprayed on my car. I don't think I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

I was very distressed to find my garage door would not stay closed this morning. Since it was Sunday, I was concerned I would have to pay more for service. The folks at Precision assured me a technician would come to my home on Sunday afternoon and address the problem. My technician's name is Ian Guidry. He showed up early, fixed the problem quickly and was courteous and professional. He explained what happened and how it was fixed. I was relieved that my garage door was fixed quickly. Precision is a very professional organization and Ian was awesome!!!

Tryton Coe and his assistant came to our house a couple of days ago to fix our broken overhead garage door. They were both courteous, competent, friendly, and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before they left (not just the broken spring we started with). We are very please with their service!

I used Precision a few years back to replace a failed opener, and I still receive wonderous reactions when people compare how quiet it operates to whatever they have clattering in their garages. Last night I arrived home and parked in the center of the two-car area because my wife was away. The fin on my SUV caught the door preventing it from operating. I felt safe overnight but called Precision for today, and they came, they saw, and they conquered. Fast, friendly, quality work. I Love It!

I chose Precision because you could come out that same day. the technician need an excellent job in all the work he did. I had to replace all the parts of the unit including a new motor.

Larry Stafford did a great job in replacing the torsion springs of my garage door. Thanks Larry. I think the springs are a little pricey, but I understand some reasoning for it. Just glad my door is working. Service was very good.

Rating 5 stars for the technicians that came out as they performed good work, just not sure all the varying information I received was accurate. The installers were professional, and quick and did a good job, so the business practice should not reflect their rating. Harrison and Garret did a great job and are an asset to the organization. Would like someone to call me about the other issues I experienced during both services.
