I did not do my homework prior to Precision Door coming out and not only did I over pay but my new opener stopped working 3 days after it was installed. The original technician was polite however left the wires just hanging and twisted together. I called to see if that was how they normally leave things and was told no so they sent the technician back out. He showed up and didn't have enough wire screws so he borrowed my electrician tape to finish. When the door didn't work on Saturday I called and they wanted to send someone out on Monday. Really? I just paid over $2000.00 and you want me to wait 2 days. I told them this was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had and I wanted to talk to a manager to arrange to have them come take out all of their equipment. I was told a manager would call me Monday. It is now Wednesday and no call. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do your homework.

Once all the new equipment came in, I had 3 new doors, new rails and new openers installed the same day, and they hauled off all the old stuff. We had an issue with a broken hinge and roller such that our door was stuck half open and we couldn't get in our out of the garage. Precision was able to schedule a repair the same day on a Sunday afternoon. Nick was able to respond ahead of schedule and repair our heavy wood double door, tune and adjust it so now it works better than when it was new.

WOW WOW Eli gave excellent advice that the garage opener and bearings needed to be replaced. The opener was 33 years old so it was time to replace the opener and bearings and springs. He was very friendly and did a great job/work performance. I will contact your company and ask for him if any repairs are needed in the future.

The company does not charge for determining the cost of repairs. It didn't determine whether I would hire them, but it gave them the first bid. Eli came out and offered a price I was expecting (based on a Google search of prices). He not only fixed my garage door, but he also tweaked a couple of other things for me at no extra charge. I was assured if I had any problems going forward, I was covered for the things he did. I was very pleased with Eli's professionalism and quality of his work.

I wish I could give 5 stars, but the scheduling and customer service team are rude, uncaring, and lie just to get you off the line. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now and will not be returning even though the techs are great.

I tried personally to call you right after Kameron had met with you, as he informed me that you did not go with the tracks on the door. I was calling to see how your service was and to let you know I was mailing you a refund check for that amount. I did leave a message, However I called from an out of state number so maybe this is why I never got a return call. I personally do not want to lose your business over customer service.
