Initial booking experience set us on rough start. Sent my appointment to another state and I wasted 2.5 hours waiting for someone that was never coming. The office called me as I was on the line with another agent. They were apologetic and offered other times on Saturday, but they didn't work for me. We rescheduled for Sunday morning with no additional fees being charged for that. Nick was there on time and was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Saw that the garage door was off track and hanging on 1 side with the cable all tangled. He walked me through possible root causes and what he had to do to repair it. Based on my research, I thought the price was fair and he completed the work in less time that I thought. I was very pleased and I would use and/or recommend their service in the future.

Outstanding service! I came home to a broken spring and inoperable door at 7:30pm. Got online to your website, and within an hour, you had the most excellent service technician, Jonatan, at my house. The door was fixed in 30 minutes and order restored by 9:00pm. Outstanding! From the initial help with Kylie at the call center to Jonatan's excellent service, I will not call anyone but Precision in the future for my garage door requirements.
