My dad called me at work and said the repairman was replacing the springs for nearly a thousand dollars. In shock, I told him we needed a second opinion. My dad told the repairman the price was just too steep for us and only then the repairman offered to use "regular" springs. It was $571.00. And he told my dad how to open and close the door manually because the opener still doesn't work. He was nice enough to bolt a little lock on the door frame.

We have been helped by Precision Garage Door in the past when our front drive gate was broken by a landscaping crew. As first time homeowners we were uncertain of where to turn. They were responsive, courteous and professional. The job was done quickly and well. They took time to educate us about our equipment too. It was not only a relief but a step towards feeling more responsible for our home. Today, my larger wooden back gate had unexpected issues. Without help quickly our property would have had access and safety concerns. Once again, the team responded quickly for diagnosis of the issues and repair. In particular, Mr. Chris Moreland was patient with me and helped to oversee the repairs. Within hours of the service call the job was fully handled. We are very thankful for their help. I highly recommend them to friends and those in similar need.

Precision gives such good customer service with a friendly attitude by both office and service staff. I'm a senior citizen and depend on my automatic opener and they were out here the same day. Thank you everybody.

Marco was very professional, showed up shortly after I called to set up an appointment, and did a great job replacing the garage door opener. But I strongly disagree with and was very surprised when I learned there is a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I do not see anywhere on the website where that is explained. It should be! Customers need to be made aware of that up front. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

The tech, CJ, arrived early, after calling to insure it was alright. After examining the closer (old and broken) and the door, he recommended replacement. Within an hour he had the old one out, the new one in, and we were up and running. I recommend CJ if you need a new opener.

guys were friendly/nice .. however, prices quoted seemed very high.. remotes are like 160.00 and new garage door opener $1,000.00 ! can buy new for 180.00 to 220.00 , so install is about 750.00 to 800.00 .. 500.00 to 625.00 seems more appropriate

I called for the cost of putting in a spring for my 2 car garage…. Was quoted around $450. I also replaced certain wires on the garage was totally shocked when my bill was over $1,000. I am very unhappy with my experience as i feel your company is gouging me on prices. Your technician was very good. I will never use your company again as your prices are ridiculous. I guess you have to over charge to cover the cost associated with paying Google placing you first on the webpage for searches for garage repairs

Setting up the appointment was easy. Repairman arrived on schedule. Repairman was polite and wore a Precision shirt to easily identify him. The service vehicle was clean and new. All very professional. The estimating process was fast. Technical explanation was given for what needed to be done. Precision uses high quality parts to justify the cost. Work was done on a timely basis. Repairman went the extra mile and lubricated a second garage door. Asked for the advertised 5% AAA discount. Received a 2.5% discount. Overall, a good experience.

Found on internet when in a hurry. 5 star rating. Came same morning. Excellent customer service from technicians. Diagnosed problem, very old opener system failing, installed new system in 45 minutes. When they discovered hornets' nest when leaving, insisted on taking my spray can and spraying for me to protect me. I'm a senior citizen. Couldn't ask for more.

WOW WOW Eli gave excellent advice that the garage opener and bearings needed to be replaced. The opener was 33 years old so it was time to replace the opener and bearings and springs. He was very friendly and did a great job/work performance. I will contact your company and ask for him if any repairs are needed in the future.
