My tech arrived on time following a phone call 30 mins prior. He lubricated the chain, and turned a screw to adjust the stopping point, then told me it would be $450 for the 4 minutes of "work". I told him that was preposterous. He discounted it $100 under protest. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for gate repairs. No where do they state that these fees are mandatory if they show up. Furious...

Tryton Cole did a great job repairing my broken garage door spring repair! He was punctual, professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and very knowledgeable about how to fix and repair my garage door. Tryton took the time to educate me on what needed to be fixed, and he was very confident in stating that he would get the job done. I thought they would have been reasonably price..... but I think they over charged my parents .... cost them over$1000 .... yes Over One Thousand Dollars got s new garage door system.... they took advantage over senior adults.... please do not use this company... will tell everyone Never to use this company.... Our family is extremely pleased with the service Precision provided with our garage door. We could have received same-day service, but our schedules did not align with the company's availability. However, a technician was punctual in the next-day two-hour time frame upon which we agreed, and the technician arrived close to the beginning of that window. Additionally, the technician's expertise with a previous installation has saved us future costs and damages to our door and unit. Lastly, we are very pleased with how quickly the technician completed the work (less than 20 minutes). The lifetime warranty for parts is an added bonus!

Perfect service. Our garage breaking was one of many in a string of issues we have had with our new house. Our service provider Patrick was extremely prompt and gave us a full breakdown of the issues we were having and our various options. He also was extremely flexible in scheduling, including on weekends, which was a lifesaver given the amount of time we have had to miss at work trying to get everything fixed. He helped us understand the system once installed both on the garage and the various wifi and app capabilities that came with. Even the dog liked him (she dislikes most). Could not more highly recommend him in every way.
