I found this company on the internet and called for gate opening service. They came out promptly and provided a proposal. I even received an email from someone named Ray Smith who said he was the owner and let him know if we had any issues. I called after receiving the proposal to clarify some details and asked to speak to Drey who sent the proposal. No call back from Drey. Called the next day and left a message. Again, no return call. I then called the number from Ray Smith's email. I got the receptionist who would not put me through to Smith. I left a third message for the tech. AGAIN, no return call. The total on the proposal was over 4,000.00. Guess they don't need the business. Ray, don't send emails to prospective clients if you have no intention of speaking with them.

Our repair technician arrived 45 minutes earlier than promised, was very friendly, and did a superb installation of our new garage door opener. He also adjusted the door springs and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We could not be more pleased with the service.

Incredibly fast service at warp speed and on a Sunday too! So convenient! My garage door opener needed to be replaced and the service tech Sam who came over was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had the new mechanism installed in less than 45 minutes. He took the time to show me how it worked and connect it up to be operated remotely in my car and with my phone. Great company fast, reliable, and friendly! I highly recommend them for all your garage door opener needs!

Having had garage door repairs performed on several occasions, their original work was extensive as others had just put "bandaid repairs on the door while Brad told me up front that the door was in really bad condition and needed extensive (and expensive!) repairs. Although I was surprised at the high price, I felt much better after watching the work being performed and the number of old, incorrect parts that had been used in the past! After spending about $1,200 on the overhaul of the door and seeing how customers were supported from that point on, I felt relieved and quite satisfied. 14 months later (03-03-2018), I had a roller come off the track and called Precision. They sent Brad out the next day along with an assistant and he did several door adjustments, realigning the door and track. When he finished I was presented with an invoice for $0.00, and thanked for being a customer! It doesn't get any better than that!! An incorrectly adjusted garage door or opener is dangerous and can be a true safety hazard to the family. Although the fix may be a bit expensive, the work these guys do and their continuing customer support is priceless! Thanx Guys!!

Spring broke and I called to repair, they showed up timely and were very courteous. I was quoted quickly and was even offered a discount on the spot. The base cost of the materials was to high, I had to replace myself, not what I wanted to do. For under $100.00 both 25,000 cycle springs, new bearing, and tools to install. Compared to $350.00 well the choice was easy.

Had an emergency and noticed the 24/7 availability when googling. Had also called other companies but went with you guys because of the professionalism and customer service. When our tech Tim came out ( was very prompt ). He also provided wonderful professionalism and wonderful customer service and he did a fantastic job. We for sure made the right choice. This weekend, we heard a terrible sound from our garage and after investigation found that one of our springs had ruptured and our garage door would no longer function. I got online with Precision to schedule a no cost visit to access the problem and determine next steps. The service technician, Nick, called that morning to see about coming sooner than the originally scheduled time slot and he arrived promptly and was very courteous and thorough in his evaluation and he performed the spring repair promptly. My only complaint with Precision is that the cost of the repair was extremely high; with estimates being around $150-$250/spring and then getting the only option available for the Precision springs being their brand of spring at a cost of $415/each, I was shocked! The expense went from being one that was estimated to be around $600 all-in to one that was over $1000. This is too much and will cause one to rethink working with Precision again or even thinking about doing the repair on one’s own - taking this risk of injury or quality of work that would come with it. $1000 is just too much to bear in these times. It’s my hope Precision can do something after the fact to reduce this cost and to consider more affordable spring repair options for customers in the future. In the end, great service, timely response, great technician, great quality of work… just way too expensive and it’s my hope Precision can find more affordable options for customers as going back to them again for any repeat business will be very hard for me after getting a charge like this for a spring repair which should have been $600-$700 max.
