The 1st tech that came out (Matin ), was unprofessional and claimed my wife ran into the sensors with her car. There is no damage to the sensors and no one ever touched them. He would fix it for $125, and furthermore told us it didn't matter anyway because there were no warranties on the system installed 3 months ago. Your office sent another tech out and it was total opposite ( Mike ) was very customer friendly and told us there is a 5 year warranty and it took him about 5 miinutes to fix the sensor. It was either the sensor or a faulty board in the unit. He made a note of it in case we have the same problem in the future. He restored my confidence in your company. Thanks for sending Mike

Was quoted one price for a garage door opener. Then after the job was told oh by the way we had to add a $139 bracket and it took longer than expected so we are charging you more labor. Tech could not get wi-fi working on the opener either. Job was quoted to take 1.5 hours, took 5 hours. A professional organization would stick by the quote. This is one is unprofessional, would not recommend.

I am not sure that the price was not a little to high but since my garage door spring was broke and it was 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday maybe that was why it was so high.
