I chose your company because i needed Sunday emergency service.The add in the Yellow pages said you provide service 24/7 so i called. The operator was very professional, she answered my questions and scheduled me an appointment.The technician was prompt, on time, courteous and provided quality service.He replaced a cable and a bearing plate.Everything was great except the cost of labor.You must be a union co.

When our door became stuck in a half open- half closed position; I called Precision Garage Door Service and received prompt and courteous service. Had work done at my rent house in Dallas to repair door off track. Tech suggested overhaul. Since I live in Chicago, business was conducted over the phone. All communication with precision was professional from first contact to job completion. They were very accommodating, same day service. Tech was on time and the job was completed in a timely manner as promised. My tenant will inform me if there are problems with repair. I would recommend this company. I give a "5."

I liked the same day service and thought Tim was very courteous and caring. He took all the time I needed to explain the why's and where fore's as to how things would happen and how they would then work. I would be happy to call Precision again as long as they sent Tim out again.

I was in a jam when my garage door stopped working (on a Saturday) and Tim came out within an hour of my call to Precision. I was really impressed with the level of service, he was very courteous and explained all of the options and payments up front. Overall it was a great experience! Aaron from Precision was wonderful: knowledgable, courteous and very professional! He repaired my dead garage door opener which was damaged during a power surge. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and why. Didn't treat me like the moron I am when it comes to electronics. And superseded my expectations with his kind personality. In other words, HE ROCKS!! It's the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Precision is lucky to have such an employee and I hope they understand that! Thanks Aaron!

All ratings were five star, showing satisfaction from customers. When I called I had no idea it would be installed the same day. Michael was very patient as he answered all our questions. There was no pressure from him. It was obvious he believed in the Precision business model. After he finished, he thoroughly cleaned up, even though he had to get to another appointment. In service work, one buys the company, but the company's representative is the most important factor in the buying process. Michael was able to achieve the magic of creating value by confidently adding understanding to price.
