We had major issues with our garage door on a Sunday. Precision was able to get us an appointment that day. Tim arrived on time (early, actually) after calling to let us know he was on the way. He inspected the door and advised us of the best, most cost-effective way to repair. Tim completed the repairs in about an hour, and was professional and polite during the time he was at our home. We especially appreciated how careful he was to watch for our indoor-only cats when coming and going from his truck. We would absolutely use Precision again, or recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

I can't believe how fast the tech was. He answered all my questions. Polite, precise and responsive. Explained why the changes needed to be made on my doors ( I just purchased this older home and I knew it needed to be updated. Anyway, I would highly recommend this company to you. So far, I am very impressed with Precision. When we realized we needed a new door, I called two companies. Precision returned my call right away; the other company still hasn't called me back. Precision's man came right on time and was very helpful and informative. We have made the decision to use Precision, and will have the work done soon. I will do another review after it is all finished, but so far so good!

I called Precision when my garage door failed to open. From the telephone call to the handshake at the end, it was a classy experience. My technician, Tim, showed up and was very professional. He walked me through the issue, made recommendations on the various options I had. He was in and out in less than an hour. Everything looked as if he were never here when he left. He even told me about a coupon that was available that I was unaware of, waiving the labor charge. This is the definition of INTEGRITY. It obvious this is a great company, with a fantastic set of expectations for its employees. I would recommend Precision without a doubt.
