The service was PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, and more Punctual than I expected. I had with down a list of gate repairs only to be told that they could not squeeze me in until next week. I appreciate how professional and concise The description of what needed to be corrected with my gate opener. I appreciated how they went the extra mile to educate me what went wrong with my old unit and how it could've been corrected. I would recommend this organization to anyone looking for a fair price with employees who take pride in their work.

Very satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend Precision but with a clause. I am not sure that the price was not a little to high but since my garage door spring was broke and it was 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday maybe that was why it was so high. Thank you for coming out and fixing my garage door on such short notice.

Spring broke and I called to repair, they showed up timely and were very courteous. I was quoted quickly and was even offered a discount on the spot. The base cost of the materials was to high, I had to replace myself, not what I wanted to do. For under $100.00 both 25,000 cycle springs, new bearing, and tools to install. Compared to $350.00 well the choice was easy.
