Could not get my automatic gate to open on a Saturday and was in a panic thinking I couldn't get anyone out during the weekend to repair it. Called Precision and Troy was out that same day!! Ended up replacing my old opener (and I mean old). Everyone was very friendly and prompt and I couldn't be happier with the service and my new Liftmaster ????

Called for service at 10am, appt made for 2-4pm. The technician, Raymond called me prior to advise he was on the way and how far away he was. Arrived right on time. Went through the details of my service and of course gave some advice on what else could be done but did not pressure me to have any other service unless I chose to. Finished the job and walked me through the finished product. GREAT JOB! Will call again!

I contacted Precision on a Saturday evening they were at my home the Sunday morning at stated. The service technician Tim was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and perform his job well. Tim explained everything that needed to be done before and after the job was complete. He found problems that I wasn’t aware of and corrected these problems so future issues wouldn’t happen. I can’t say enough about the work done, but my garage door is operating like a champ.
