Same day service. Needed new springs and door opener. The gentlemen were knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. They gave me options to choose from. They were fast and friendly. Could not get my automatic gate to open on a Saturday and was in a panic thinking I couldn't get anyone out during the weekend to repair it. Called Precision and Troy was out that same day!! Ended up replacing my old opener (and I mean old). Everyone was very friendly and prompt and I couldn't be happier with the service and my new Liftmaster ????

Called for service at 10am, appt made for 2-4pm. The technician, Raymond called me prior to advise he was on the way and how far away he was. Arrived right on time. Went through the details of my service and of course gave some advice on what else could be done but did not pressure me to have any other service unless I chose to. Finished the job and walked me through the finished product. GREAT JOB! Will call again!
