I had a late in the day repair situation and called about 4 other garage door repair companies before Precision. I could've saved myself the effort and just called them first! Precision took my call on Sunday and sent Tim out Monday morning. He called and gave me the ETA and did the work promptly. My technician also gave me additional information and training how to use the door opener. He went above and beyond the call. Our technician, Bret, did an amazing job in a crisis situation. He was there the day after I called for service, and repaired a commercial-grade garage door at our home after a major flood. We were certain going in that the door was going to have to be replaced, but he was able to save us from that expense. He's a great guy - and it's a great company.

I originally made the mistake of calling a different repair company who literally never showed up at my house! I then called Precision and a technician was at my house an hour later! My technician; Tim, called to let me know he was on the way. Tim was awesome! Very personable and showed me exactly what was wrong with my opener and what to look for it the future. He had everything fixed very quickly. I couldn't be happier. I now have a Precision sticker in my garage and wont make the mistake again of calling anywhere else!

Had an emergency and noticed the 24/7 availability when googling. Had also called other companies but went with you guys because of the professionalism and customer service.
