I originally made the mistake of calling a different repair company who literally never showed up at my house! I then called Precision and a technician was at my house an hour later! My technician; Tim, called to let me know he was on the way. Tim was awesome! Very personable and showed me exactly what was wrong with my opener and what to look for it the future. He had everything fixed very quickly. I couldn't be happier. I now have a Precision sticker in my garage and wont make the mistake again of calling anywhere else!

Bret was professional, courteous, and installed the new springs and rollers faster than I expected. He upgraded from one spring to two. After the service and lube, the door is quieter than it has ever been. Great job.

Had an emergency and noticed the 24/7 availability when googling. Had also called other companies but went with you guys because of the professionalism and customer service. When our tech Tim came out ( was very prompt ). He also provided wonderful professionalism and wonderful customer service and he did a fantastic job. We for sure made the right choice. First of all, Precision gets an "A+" for being readily available on a Sunday which also happened to be a holiday. Having Tim as our technician was the icing on the cake. He contacted us prior to his arrival, which happened to be earlier than scheduled. He took the time to clearly explain our repair options and answer my questions about the products and industry in general. Fantastic customer service and a friendly, happy attitude. The work was completed in under an hour. Thank you Tim, and thank you Precision.

I would like to thank Precision Door Service for coming to my rescue. From the person who took my service call. She listen to my problem and worked out appointment right away. The tech who showed up was very informative and very professional. He told me what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. I was very surprised on just how fast he got the job done. And it works perfect. I would recommend them to anyone who has a garage door problem, they are magic.
