Initial booking experience set us on rough start. Sent my appointment to another state and I wasted 2.5 hours waiting for someone that was never coming. The office called me as I was on the line with another agent. They were apologetic and offered other times on Saturday, but they didn't work for me. We rescheduled for Sunday morning with no additional fees being charged for that. Nick was there on time and was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Saw that the garage door was off track and hanging on 1 side with the cable all tangled. He walked me through possible root causes and what he had to do to repair it. Based on my research, I thought the price was fair and he completed the work in less time that I thought. I was very pleased and I would use and/or recommend their service in the future.

To whom it may concern: I cannot express how disappointed I am with your company. From day one of doing business with Precision I have had nothing but problem. Let me give some history: 1- based on a suggestion from Precision I purchased a garage door opener from a third party vendor - suggested by a Precision technician while installing an opener an another one of my properties. 2- The day of installation the technician insisted that he could not install the Unit I bought at the recommendation of the Precision technician. 3- I had to purchase a whole new unit from Precision to install. To date I have spent over 3K with Precision on what is supposed to be the #1 unit you sell. 4- The original opener installed blew and at first precision wanted to bill me for a whole new install even though I had warranty. After many arguments precision finally installed a new unit under warranty. 5- Since the install of the second unit I have had intermittent issues with the unit not going down. Precision has sent a technician out twice whom both state nothing is wrong with the opener even though I have shown video of the unit not working. 6- The last vist the manager at precision stated that if the issue happened again they would replace the unit under warranty. 7- Today the technician once again stated that there is nothing wrong with the unit and that is after seeing the video. I once again have been told that there is nothing Precision can do. I am sorry but the service provided by precision is unacceptable. I have yet to get the service Precision is committed to providing. Your warranties are not honored and your team does not do the right thing. What they do is find excuses to not provide a device that works. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well giving details feedback on consumer review website. I do not accept “nothing we can do”! Thanks

Outstanding service! I came home to a broken spring and inoperable door at 7:30pm. Got online to your website, and within an hour, you had the most excellent service technician, Jonatan, at my house. The door was fixed in 30 minutes and order restored by 9:00pm. Outstanding! From the initial help with Kylie at the call center to Jonatan's excellent service, I will not call anyone but Precision in the future for my garage door requirements. Precision is top notch and Jonatan is a true professional. Thanks for being there when we needed help.

Bret came out and installed a new garage door for me and then came out later to make a minor adjustment to my garage door. He is honest and very knowledgeable. He quickly assesses the situation and is knows exactly how to fix the problem.

Having had garage door repairs performed on several occasions, their original work was extensive as others had just put "bandaid repairs on the door while Brad told me up front that the door was in really bad condition and needed extensive (and expensive!) repairs. Although I was surprised at the high price, I felt much better after watching the work being performed and the number of old, incorrect parts that had been used in the past! After spending about $1,200 on the overhaul of the door and seeing how customers were supported from that point on, I felt relieved and quite satisfied. 14 months later (03-03-2018), I had a roller come off the track and called Precision. They sent Brad out the next day along with an assistant and he did several door adjustments, realigning the door and track. When he finished I was presented with an invoice for $0.00, and thanked for being a customer! It doesn't get any better than that!! An incorrectly adjusted garage door or opener is dangerous and can be a true safety hazard to the family. Although the fix may be a bit expensive, the work these guys do and their continuing customer support is priceless! Thanx Guys!!
