Extremely polite and professional service. Both employees that showed up to install my new opener and repair the door were very knowledgeable. Each one made sure the job was done correctly and working properly before leaving. The new Liftmaster opener is great but what sells it for me was the customer service.

The customer service was amazing and heart warming in a day when people have no patience for their customers. The technicians came in did there job in extremely hot weather and and did a wonderful job. Thank You.

First of all, Precision gets an "A+" for being readily available on a Sunday which also happened to be a holiday. Having Tim as our technician was the icing on the cake. He contacted us prior to his arrival, which happened to be earlier than scheduled. He took the time to clearly explain our repair options and answer my questions about the products and industry in general. Fantastic customer service and a friendly, happy attitude. The work was completed in under an hour. Thank you Tim, and thank you Precision.

I would like to thank Precision Door Service for coming to my rescue. From the person who took my service call. She listen to my problem and worked out appointment right away. The tech who showed up was very informative and very professional. He told me what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. I was very surprised on just how fast he got the job done. And it works perfect. I would recommend them to anyone who has a garage door problem, they are magic.

The spring was broken on our garage door. I called to get information and was able to schedule an estimate for the next day, which was a Saturday. Tim (our technician) called at the beginning of his arrival time window to let me know what time he would arrive at our house. He showed up right on time. Tim was very professional and prepared. He fully explained all of the options we had for repairing our garage door to the best working condition. He was not trying to sell me things that I did not need. I had many questions, he answered all of them. I felt very comfortable about the choice I made for the repairs with his help. I went with the garage door over haul because it seemed like the best option for our garage door. Tim finished all the repairs within an hour. I love that it did not take half the day. He showed me everything he did and it looked great. But the best part was my garage door works again! He even showed me some tips after he was done so I can make sure everything is working properly and will not cause the motor to wear out faster than it should. I would recommend Tim and Precision Doors to anyone!

Excellent service and very courteous technician. The only complaint I have is the extreme high price. I needed the job done quickly and the installer was able to do it on a Sunday, but if not for that situation, I would have shopped around for a more affordable option.
