The two gentlemen that came and installed the new garage door system where highly professional, explained my options with my existing opener, made their recommendations, which I accepted. They installed the new system in a very timely fashion and explained it's operations to me. While I can not comment on it's long term durability, I am very satisfied with what has been done!

Had some minor issues a couple months after install and needed a service visit. Originally I was to be charged for the visit, but after expressing concerns about performance of garage door, service man made a call and had service visit fee waived.....I appreciated him listening and not just ignoring my concerns..

We had major issues with our garage door on a Sunday. Precision was able to get us an appointment that day. Tim arrived on time (early, actually) after calling to let us know he was on the way. He inspected the door and advised us of the best, most cost-effective way to repair. Tim completed the repairs in about an hour, and was professional and polite during the time he was at our home. We especially appreciated how careful he was to watch for our indoor-only cats when coming and going from his truck. We would absolutely use Precision again, or recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.
