The two technicians who came by to fix our broken springs were great. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They recommended our repair/service based on what is best for us. Outstanding, The garage door broke (spring broke door inoperable) at 3:25 on Saturday. I made the call to Precision and was told the repairman would be there in 30 minutes.. and OMG he did show up in 30 Minutes !!!. Tim was very courteous, professional, and a good communicator.. he described the problem and the fix. He repaired the broken door and our other door as well.. He was gone by 6. Absolutely amazing!!! Imagine, no hassle, on time, professional, hard worker, in and out.. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Doors

Excellent service, the technicians were professional, courteous and explained the entire process to me of what needed to be repaired and why. They even took the time to show me a new part versus the warn part on the door. I did not feel they were trying to over sell me on anything, but wanted to make sure all parts were up to standard. Great JOB!!

I had a late in the day repair situation and called about 4 other garage door repair companies before Precision. I could've saved myself the effort and just called them first! Our technician, Bret, did an amazing job in a crisis situation. He was there the day after I called for service, and repaired a commercial-grade garage door at our home after a major flood. We were certain going in that the door was going to have to be replaced, but he was able to save us from that expense. He's a great guy - and it's a great company.
