It's very reassuring to know that Precision has 24/7 coverage. Brad called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Did a comprehensive inspection of my garage door and then explained in great detail what needed to be done to get the system back in working condition. Spring broke and I called to repair, they showed up timely and were very courteous. I was quoted quickly and was even offered a discount on the spot. The base cost of the materials was to high, I had to replace myself, not what I wanted to do. For under $100.00 both 25,000 cycle springs, new bearing, and tools to install. Compared to $350.00 well the choice was easy.
