While the work was good, there were many surprise charges. Everything was inflated. Be prepared to shell out a lot of money. At least twice what you would expect for the same parts.

I thought they would have been reasonably price..... but I think they over charged my parents .... cost them over$1000 .... yes Over One Thousand Dollars got s new garage door system.... they took advantage over senior adults.... please do not use this company... will tell everyone Never to use this company.... RIP OFF...........

PRECISION GARAGE DOOR REPAIR. This is just a heads up if you need any service to your garage door. They charge more than anyone else, and treat me like this. This the the letter I sent them this morning. First of all we are not a "valued customer". I called an hour after our service yesterday and stated that the service man you sent out, did not fix our problem, but instead serviced the unit and changed us $270 for something I did not even want or need. I pointed out where the issue was, and that it works from time to time, but the part needed to be replaced. The first time we left the house, the garage door still won't open or close, the same as the day before and I called just an hour after he left. When I called I requested some other man come out and repair, and was told they would come between 2-4 pm. We waited all day, someone called about 1pm and asked what the issue was, and I told him (as I did the first service man). He said he would have some one call me. No one did. I can't tell you how crappy your customer service is. I do have a large social media presence and I will for sure let all my customers, and on facebook, next door and any where I can, know how you operate. I will call someone else to repair my garage, and if you do not return my check, that will show how much you value customer service. Precision Door Service is a misnomer.

My technician was Kurtis and he was awesome. He notified me 30 minutes prior to coming. Explained in detailed what needed to be done and provided me with an estimate before proceeding with the necessary repairs. I was extremely impressed with the turn around time. Precision literally completed the job in less than 24 hours from the initial call to the completion of the repair. Thank you for your assistance.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the technician was a nice guy. My main issue is with the technician supervisor-she seems to be in charge of everything and unwilling to listen. Classic way to take money from people by twisting their arm. The technician came to our house to look at 2 ish sensors and while we were thinking aloud we mentioned that the ac breaker switch might be the problem. When he flipped it- it started working. Charged us 50 dollars for something he didn’t even “diagnose” in precision’s terms. We basically said it out loud. No other tests were done but we are short of 50 bucks for a 4 minute visit. The service operator the day before said it would be a free visit before a quote on the repair. Super unhappy wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Appointments not kept, first 10-12, then 12-2, then 2-4.. finally got here at 4:30. Technician, had an attitude "well im here now."..I should have inquired about price....$700 to replace springs.....really?...ill be sure to check around next time.

I brought 2 new garage door Precision garage door. I choose this company because of the name, precision. But their service is bad. I had to call twice the first time to get them to come out and install the doors. After 3 to 4 weeks one door was having trouble opening and the other door bent on the top panel. I called them again. They came out ok, but with the wrong panel. This was in March. After calling them for weeks and they kept putting me off. I finally got someone out yesterday 5/26/2021. But with no panel. The only responsible one in the whole company was the garage door tech John, he went out of his way to make it right. Finally today 5/27/2021 it was made right. But from March, precision this is not. Don’t call this company. Once they get your money, their attitude is “who are you again” and they forget about you as soon as you hang up.

Sam showed up promptly at 8am and gave us a fair estimate on replacing our garage opener and rollers. He worked quickly and helped me set up the app so that we can open/close our garage door anywhere from our phones. He was friendly and respectful of our home (asked if he needed to take his shoes off to come in). We will definitely use Precision Door again! Thanks!

Our door's spring broke, so we couldn't open the door. It was a Sunday, and we had to meet someone that afternoon. We called at 2:30PM and the tech was there about 3:30PM. It took about 15-20 minutes and we were good to go! Couldn't have been easier or quicker!
