Had work done at my rent house in Dallas to repair door off track. Tech suggested overhaul. Since I live in Chicago, business was conducted over the phone. All communication with precision was professional from first contact to job completion. They were very accommodating, same day service. Tech was on time and the job was completed in a timely manner as promised. My tenant will inform me if there are problems with repair. I would recommend this company. I give a "5."

I liked the same day service and thought Tim was very courteous and caring. He took all the time I needed to explain the why's and where fore's as to how things would happen and how they would then work. I would be happy to call Precision again as long as they sent Tim out again.

I was really impressed with the level of service, he was very courteous and explained all of the options and payments up front. Overall it was a great experience! Aaron from Precision was wonderful: knowledgable, courteous and very professional! He repaired my dead garage door opener which was damaged during a power surge. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and why. Didn't treat me like the moron I am when it comes to electronics. And superseded my expectations with his kind personality.
