Aaron from Precision was wonderful: knowledgable, courteous and very professional! He repaired my dead garage door opener which was damaged during a power surge. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and why. Didn't treat me like the moron I am when it comes to electronics. And superseded my expectations with his kind personality. In other words, HE ROCKS!! It's the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Precision is lucky to have such an employee and I hope they understand that! Thanks Aaron!

Tim was good enough to come by and install a manual close on our recently purchased garage door. As I have been told, this is a code requirement from the City of Dallas.
