This is at written not to throw shade on the tech who most recently came to service my back fence sliding door but to show all technicians are not the same. The most recent visit was prompt and courteous but showed no detail to work. The issue was an easy fix was not off track but just fell over and is old. He told me eventually that I would need to replace the mother board but gave no explanation on why the door slide too far. Compared to last year for the same amount of money actually less because last year the guy also adjusted the chain may be the chain is too loose. This guy like I said appeared to be knowledgeable but for 7 minutes worth of work did not really address they why and I have no guarantee it won't happen again. In fact, he spent more time driving to my house rather than address the issue. Yes, my door is fixed but why did it happen and how can I avoid it in the future. I am certain the chain might also be an issue.

My apologies on the experience you had, I will make sure that the technician is spoken to and the issue is corrected so it does not happen any further. We have been helped by Precision Garage Door in the past when our front drive gate was broken by a landscaping crew. As first time homeowners we were uncertain of where to turn. They were responsive, courteous and professional. The job was done quickly and well. They took time to educate us about our equipment too. It was not only a relief but a step towards feeling more responsible for our home. Today, my larger wooden back gate had unexpected issues. Without help quickly our property would have had access and safety concerns. Once again, the team responded quickly for diagnosis of the issues and repair. In particular, Mr. Chris Moreland was patient with me and helped to oversee the repairs. Within hours of the service call the job was fully handled. We are very thankful for their help. I highly recommend them to friends and those in similar need.

Marco came out to help us program our garage door opener and our electric gate to open with the smart buttons in both of our vehicles. He also made our keypad work again. We had tried to do this ourselves after purchasing a new car and totally messed up the programming we already had. I hadn't been able to use my keypad for months. Marco was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He had us all set up in minutes. He is a genius! Thank you for hiring such wonderful young people to help us tech challenged older folks.

Wow! What a great experience with Precision! I actually had another company look at my garage door first and was told I needed a new panel (that would take 3 weeks to arrive) at the very least and then the upsell started..why not just get a new door? … (mine is only 5 years old). Just did not have a good feeling. So I called Precision..from scheduling online, to the prompt arrival to the knowledgeable technician…wonderful. Marco had my door fixed and working perfectly in no time…for about $1,000 LESS than the other company!!!!! I appreciated that I was given 3 estimates…good, better and best. What a great way to present consumers with options!! Marco was OUTSTANDING!!! Precision should be the FIRST CALL if you need garage door repair.

Marco was very professional, showed up shortly after I called to set up an appointment, and did a great job replacing the garage door opener. But I strongly disagree with and was very surprised when I learned there is a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I do not see anywhere on the website where that is explained. It should be! Customers need to be made aware of that up front. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
