Great service. Responded immediately. Set an appointment and showed up on time to the minute. Fixed the problem and waited for me to get off the phone. Told me exactly what needed to be done and gave me two different solutions to choose. Was personal and professional. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Great service. Preston quickly diagnosed my issue after a minute of observation after I fought with my garage for a 1.5 days. My motherboard to my door opener was blown, so he replaced the system in less than 1 hour, then reset the door and greased the springs. All this done with a same day appointment in literally 30 minutes. You have earned a permanent customer!

We are happy with the outcome of Drey's service calls that got our gate working like new. It took 2 calls on the same day to sort out that we actually had two problems with our security gate that needed to be addressed. Drey was responsive, thorough and by the end of the day we had a gate that was working very well. We appreciate that we didn't have to pay for the second service call when we Drey needed to come back to fix the second problem. The person at the main phone number that set up our appointment was professional and responsive. It was overall a very positive experience and we will call Precision next time we need anything done, and will recommend them to others.

Preston did a great job, he is the reason I didn't change to another company when he quoted me the price, he not only gave me this discount but, because of his deminer, attitude, kindness, knowledge of the job, courteousness and professionalism I was so impressed I decided to stay with him (this company) Thanks for sending him.

Precision garage door was great. I called and they got an appointment just a couple hours later. The tech was on time. Preston was wonderful. He explained what was wrong, gave some options, and then got to work right away. He even took a minute to explain a few extra things before he left. Was a super easy experience.

Very nice, helpful technician but we were told Precision won’t replace a belt, only the full garage door opener for $1,200. Will have to contact another company.

Precision put in a new opener a few years ago. They did a good job. I kept the info and called yesterday about repairing or replacing our old garage door. Very nice service guy came today.

The most pleasant experience in 37 years at my home was this door replacement. My old door had bent and jammed, leaving my garage permanently closed. I called Precision and Nick came out and patiently explained my options, with me deciding on a basic steel door. I chose the 6 month deferred finance option, realizing after Nick left that I had picked the wrong option. This is where Stacy entered the picture. She was very knowledgeable and patient, informing me that she could switch my financing option to the one I really wanted. Stacy became my touch point with Precision and was always a delight with every question answered. The installation was promptly performed by Chris the day after I met with Nick. Chris was also wonderful to work with and it still amazes me that one person (alone) can remove a jammed door and install a new one. I fear I kept him an extra hour at our house because we talked about unrelated issues so much. The door and opener work perfectly and the door is so well balanced that I can open it easily even without an exterior handle. I wish all my home maintenance was this pleasant. Many thanks to Nick, Stacy and Chris.

Well, as we all run into sometimes my garage door opener started giving me the humming sound and would not move the garage door. It also turned out that I had a broken spring. I quickly jumped online to find a company that could come out and fix my issue. Knowing this was not going to be cheap I made sure and read some reviews from my area. Once I read through Precisions reviews I knew I was going to give them a call and get them out to the house. I called at about 1:45 pm on a Friday and they told me right away they would have someone out between 2 and 4pm. I got a call from Nick 10 minutes later and he showed at my garage in less than 30 minutes. Nick was very professional and eager to get started and gave me their different options and worked with me to stay within my budget. He didn't try to oversell for the sake of overselling. Once we decided he started to get to work right away and was finished within 90 minutes replacing two springs and a new garage door opener. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. The garage door is probably the second most used door in our house and is important to have a quite and reliable opening and closing each and every time along with the latest technology. Well worth the price for the peace of mind. Thank you for the quick turnaround and excellent service.

Called from their website. Quick response time. Quicker repair (but it was a simple problem). Disappointed to find that they don’t work on my driveway gate opener brand. Received costs on replacing my garage door and my gate opener and they both are very expensive. On the other hand, I have no idea what the costs should be. Cost for the repair done was very reasonable.

Renter reported a problem with the garage door on a Saturday morning. I saw it was a broken spring. I was able to easily make an appointment for SAME DAY SERVICE on a SATURDAY. Kevin was at the house within 2 hours and quickly replaced the springs, bearings, and did a tune up. I look forward to no more calls about the garage door for years to come!!

My dad called me at work and said the repairman was replacing the springs for nearly a thousand dollars. In shock, I told him we needed a second opinion. My dad told the repairman the price was just too steep for us and only then the repairman offered to use "regular" springs. It was $571.00. And he told my dad how to open and close the door manually because the opener still doesn't work. He was nice enough to bolt a little lock on the door frame.

Precision still lives up to their name! Used them some time ago for garage door springs replacement. This call a different issue. Personable & professional customer service from the initial call for service - which is handled by a live person, not a recording - to a technician who arrives on time, in clean company uniform, assesses what needs to be done, reviews the findings, then upon your approval, remedies the issue efficiently & effectively! Marco notified us as he was on his way. I matched his name with the picture sent in the email prior to his arrival for identification. He was mannerly, respectful, professional & friendly. Knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Then took care to repair our garage door quickly. Did a great job! Garage door works smoothly - and will for a long time! This is the company to call if you ever need your garage door repaired! Love the way they operate & their customer service! Thank you!
