The most pleasant experience in 37 years at my home was this door replacement. My old door had bent and jammed, leaving my garage permanently closed. I called Precision and Nick came out and patiently explained my options, with me deciding on a basic steel door. I chose the 6 month deferred finance option, realizing after Nick left that I had picked the wrong option. This is where Stacy entered the picture. She was very knowledgeable and patient, informing me that she could switch my financing option to the one I really wanted. Stacy became my touch point with Precision and was always a delight with every question answered. The installation was promptly performed by Chris the day after I met with Nick. Chris was also wonderful to work with and it still amazes me that one person (alone) can remove a jammed door and install a new one. I fear I kept him an extra hour at our house because we talked about unrelated issues so much. The door and opener work perfectly and the door is so well balanced that I can open it easily even without an exterior handle. I wish all my home maintenance was this pleasant. Well, as we all run into sometimes my garage door opener started giving me the humming sound and would not move the garage door. It also turned out that I had a broken spring. I quickly jumped online to find a company that could come out and fix my issue. Knowing this was not going to be cheap I made sure and read some reviews from my area. Once I read through Precisions reviews I knew I was going to give them a call and get them out to the house. I called at about 1:45 pm on a Friday and they told me right away they would have someone out between 2 and 4pm. I got a call from Nick 10 minutes later and he showed at my garage in less than 30 minutes. Nick was very professional and eager to get started and gave me their different options and worked with me to stay within my budget. He didn't try to oversell for the sake of overselling. Once we decided he started to get to work right away and was finished within 90 minutes replacing two springs and a new garage door opener. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. The garage door is probably the second most used door in our house and is important to have a quite and reliable opening and closing each and every time along with the latest technology. Well worth the price for the peace of mind. Thank you for the quick turnaround and excellent service.

Called from their website. Quick response time. Quicker repair (but it was a simple problem). Disappointed to find that they don’t work on my driveway gate opener brand. Received costs on replacing my garage door and my gate opener and they both are very expensive. On the other hand, I have no idea what the costs should be. Cost for the repair done was very reasonable.

Renter reported a problem with the garage door on a Saturday morning. I saw it was a broken spring. I was able to easily make an appointment for SAME DAY SERVICE on a SATURDAY. Kevin was at the house within 2 hours and quickly replaced the springs, bearings, and did a tune up. I look forward to no more calls about the garage door for years to come!!

My dad called me at work and said the repairman was replacing the springs for nearly a thousand dollars. In shock, I told him we needed a second opinion. My dad told the repairman the price was just too steep for us and only then the repairman offered to use "regular" springs. It was $571.00. And he told my dad how to open and close the door manually because the opener still doesn't work. He was nice enough to bolt a little lock on the door frame.

Precision still lives up to their name! Used them some time ago for garage door springs replacement. This call a different issue. Personable & professional customer service from the initial call for service - which is handled by a live person, not a recording - to a technician who arrives on time, in clean company uniform, assesses what needs to be done, reviews the findings, then upon your approval, remedies the issue efficiently & effectively! Marco notified us as he was on his way. I matched his name with the picture sent in the email prior to his arrival for identification. He was mannerly, respectful, professional & friendly. Knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Then took care to repair our garage door quickly. Did a great job! Garage door works smoothly - and will for a long time! This is at written not to throw shade on the tech who most recently came to service my back fence sliding door but to show all technicians are not the same. The most recent visit was prompt and courteous but showed no detail to work. The issue was an easy fix was not off track but just fell over and is old. He told me eventually that I would need to replace the mother board but gave no explanation on why the door slide too far. Compared to last year for the same amount of money actually less because last year the guy also adjusted the chain may be the chain is too loose. This guy like I said appeared to be knowledgeable but for 7 minutes worth of work did not really address they why and I have no guarantee it won't happen again. In fact, he spent more time driving to my house rather than address the issue. Yes, my door is fixed but why did it happen and how can I avoid it in the future. I am certain the chain might also be an issue.
