Sam showed up promptly at 8am and gave us a fair estimate on replacing our garage opener and rollers. He worked quickly and helped me set up the app so that we can open/close our garage door anywhere from our phones. Our door's spring broke, so we couldn't open the door. It was a Sunday, and we had to meet someone that afternoon. We called at 2:30PM and the tech was there about 3:30PM. It took about 15-20 minutes and we were good to go! Couldn't have been easier or quicker!

Our family is extremely pleased with the service Precision provided with our garage door. We could have received same-day service, but our schedules did not align with the company's availability. However, a technician was punctual in the next-day two-hour time frame upon which we agreed, and the technician arrived close to the beginning of that window. Additionally, the technician's expertise with a previous installation has saved us future costs and damages to our door and unit. Lastly, we are very pleased with how quickly the technician completed the work (less than 20 minutes). The lifetime warranty for parts is an added bonus!

The problem I had with my garage door was that it was stuck at about the half way point, and would not move. The technician that came out to my home (Patrick) was both very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem. Then replaced the defective parts, made some adjustments to the door, and finished with some general maintenance on the working door parts with some lubrication.
