Precisión Garage door technician was extremely knowledgeable and clearly communicated options and pricing. Repair was best option and the pricing was more than reasonable. Work was done in short manner and very professionally. Gave advice as to cost saving preventive maintenance. Also took the time to show me what future repairs may be needed. Not an upscale. My wife and I (a disabled veteran) are on a fixed income and greatly appreciate the ability to budget future expenditures. Wish has called Precision last year. I needed my retractable gate/fence serviced, due to a loud squeaky noise when opening and closing the gate. I called around to several gate repair companies and they all wanted to charge a service fee just to come out to estimate the repairs. Precision was the only company that did not charge a service fee, plus they had someone here within 24 hours to evaluate the issue and provided me with a quote. A technician came by yesterday to install new wheels and to upgrade the reflector sensor and he was finished within an hour. Great experience!!

The arm of the gate broke during the ice storm, they came out the same day recommend a new system since it was 10 yrs old and a heavy duty arm support for the it works great now, we tried garage door doctor by Tommy mello they claim they work on motorized gates but when we called they don’t strictly garages oh well there loss
