I was very impressed with the entire Precision GD organization this week! They were able to schedule a same day appointment for me to repair a garage door issue. My tech Nick quickly accessed the situation, he gave me three options and explained his recommendation thoroughly. Then he went to work. I truely believe my garage door is in better condition now then prior the repair. Do yourself a favor and find a way to use the Precision GD team!

The tech they sent was clueless. He did not fix my problem, but wanted to sell me a $3900 gate motor. Turns out they work on garage doors, not gate openers. I thought I would be getting an experienced repair person with knowledge of my equipment. That is not what I got. I wasted $70 on an untrained beginner.

Called Precision to perform a tune up and replace a keypad and install new rollers. Nick, the technician, arrived with a couple of hours after I set the appointment. He repaired and resolved the issues and reprogrammed the openers. Very professional, skilled and completed all services in a timely manner. Technician MARCO was outstanding. Work was performed with snappy precision. Scheduling was an abomination. Tech did not get call until four hours after appointment window closed. Tech had to make the appointment for the following day. Scheduling is obviously done from another location with no accountability. The technician MARCO saved the project from being a security risk. I recommend him highly

Great service. Preston quickly diagnosed my issue after a minute of observation after I fought with my garage for a 1.5 days. My motherboard to my door opener was blown, so he replaced the system in less than 1 hour, then reset the door and greased the springs. All this done with a same day appointment in literally 30 minutes. You have earned a permanent customer!

We are happy with the outcome of Drey's service calls that got our gate working like new. It took 2 calls on the same day to sort out that we actually had two problems with our security gate that needed to be addressed. Drey was responsive, thorough and by the end of the day we had a gate that was working very well.
