Evan and Travis helped with my garage door repair. They both professional, and very personable. To be honest, I didn't even care for how much I got the quoted for or if it was high or low. I didn't shop around to see the market. But I knew that from the minute I met Evan, I will trust him, and he will do his best to fix it, and he didn't disappoint me either. He went above and beyond his work in fix my door. The next day, I called Precision garage again to address my concern about torsion spring sagging or it looked sagging to me. That's when I met Travis, another great guy, very polite, who adjusted my torsion spring, and put my paranoia to rest. I want to say thank you Precision Garage for hiring these amazing people. They both genuinely care about their customers. Your costumer service is great as well.

Tony was very professional and super friendly. He answered all my questions and gave me all of the options I had. Ultimately we ended needing to replace our garage door motor and the lifting equipment. Tony took his time and completed the job well. The garage feels brand new again. Jose and his partner were prompt, polite and did a good job explaining items necessary to repair our door. There was alot wrong with the door and appreciated the way he explained what he felt was absolutely necessary to restore the doors function and then the things that were potentially a problem but for now we could wait on having done. 5-21-26 update: My son accidentally hit the garage door with his car causing both cosmetic and function damage. Was able to open the door but it wouldn’t close… Due to a temporary phone problem Precision was having I was unable to get through but I contacted them through the ‘schedule appt’ feature on their website and was able to secure an appointment quickly and for 12-2pm. It was about 10:30am when I did this so I was happy, but was even more grateful for the fact that I got a call from Jose Hernandez almost immediately saying he could come right away and I wouldn’t have to wait until noon. It worked out great and was so happy it was the same technician Jose who had helped me a few months ago. He assessed the problems quickly and fixed all the issues related to the accident for a reasonable cost. While we were at it, my wife and I decided to go ahead and have him take care of an issue he told us about last time that was likely going to present problems in the near feature. Cost was fair and Jose once again was his usual very skilled, efficient, and not to mention very pleasant to be around self!
