1. The appointment was between 8am and 10 ( confirmed both on email as well as text message to my cell phone )however, the technician NEVER showed up. I have made two telephone calls and was told that the technician will contact us. At 10:30 AM the technician calls to say that he’ll be there in 10 minutes. Two hours later, he was still not there. I canceled the appointment. 2. I then received two bills for work done at some other locations and signed by other persons but addressed to me amounting to a total of $4000. I called the billing department and they confirmed that no work was done in our house and the manager will call back to address this. Never received a call.

Our technician called you to let you know he was on his way then at which time the call center canceled the call so the technician then was rerouted to another residence. We would like to make things right and send another technician to evaluate your garage door needs. Management will be in contact with you to set that up. I really liked the service I got. I like the product, I like the way it was installed, and I like the way I was handled as a customer. So hard to find service in these times where “the customer is king”. I especially want to call out our technician Marco. He was super good, great attitude, answered all questions and gave good advice. He went out of his way to make me happy and he even returned the next day to help getting a remote on my truck to work, I really appreciate his service. I would highly recommend this company to work on garage doors and openers, and in fact I will use you again in the future for my door needs. Thanks!

I don’t remember the technicians name, but he done a great job. After inspecting everything and noted the needed repairs and gave me an estimate. He worked fast and efficiently, repairing everything needed. He then corrected some mistakes and things left incomplete by a previous technician (not from this company). I really enjoyed the interaction with him as he worked. If I every need work done on my garage door again, I will definitely call Precision Door Service. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the entire Precision GD organization this week! They were able to schedule a same day appointment for me to repair a garage door issue. My tech Nick quickly accessed the situation, he gave me three options and explained his recommendation thoroughly. Then he went to work. I truely believe my garage door is in better condition now then prior the repair. Do yourself a favor and find a way to use the Precision GD team!

The tech they sent was clueless. He did not fix my problem, but wanted to sell me a $3900 gate motor. Turns out they work on garage doors, not gate openers. I thought I would be getting an experienced repair person with knowledge of my equipment. That is not what I got. I wasted $70 on an untrained beginner.

Called Precision to perform a tune up and replace a keypad and install new rollers. Nick, the technician, arrived with a couple of hours after I set the appointment. He repaired and resolved the issues and reprogrammed the openers. Very professional, skilled and completed all services in a timely manner. Technician MARCO was outstanding. Work was performed with snappy precision. Scheduling was an abomination. Tech did not get call until four hours after appointment window closed. Tech had to make the appointment for the following day. Scheduling is obviously done from another location with no accountability. The technician MARCO saved the project from being a security risk. I recommend him highly
