Tony was very professional and super friendly. He answered all my questions and gave me all of the options I had. Ultimately we ended needing to replace our garage door motor and the lifting equipment. Tony took his time and completed the job well. The garage feels brand new again. The door opens smoothly and all of the clickers were programmed.

Jose and his partner were prompt, polite and did a good job explaining items necessary to repair our door. There was alot wrong with the door and appreciated the way he explained what he felt was absolutely necessary to restore the doors function and then the things that were potentially a problem but for now we could wait on having done. 5-21-26 update: My son accidentally hit the garage door with his car causing both cosmetic and function damage. Was able to open the door but it wouldn’t close… Due to a temporary phone problem Precision was having I was unable to get through but I contacted them through the ‘schedule appt’ feature on their website and was able to secure an appointment quickly and for 12-2pm. It was about 10:30am when I did this so I was happy, but was even more grateful for the fact that I got a call from Jose Hernandez almost immediately saying he could come right away and I wouldn’t have to wait until noon. It worked out great and was so happy it was the same technician Jose who had helped me a few months ago. He assessed the problems quickly and fixed all the issues related to the accident for a reasonable cost. While we were at it, my wife and I decided to go ahead and have him take care of an issue he told us about last time that was likely going to present problems in the near feature. Cost was fair and Jose once again was his usual very skilled, efficient, and not to mention very pleasant to be around self!

Precisión Garage door technician was extremely knowledgeable and clearly communicated options and pricing. Repair was best option and the pricing was more than reasonable. Work was done in short manner and very professionally. Gave advice as to cost saving preventive maintenance. Also took the time to show me what future repairs may be needed. Not an upscale. My wife and I (a disabled veteran) are on a fixed income and greatly appreciate the ability to budget future expenditures. Wish has called Precision last year. I needed my retractable gate/fence serviced, due to a loud squeaky noise when opening and closing the gate. I called around to several gate repair companies and they all wanted to charge a service fee just to come out to estimate the repairs. Precision was the only company that did not charge a service fee, plus they had someone here within 24 hours to evaluate the issue and provided me with a quote. A technician came by yesterday to install new wheels and to upgrade the reflector sensor and he was finished within an hour. Great experience!!
