I called Precision when my garage door failed to open. From the telephone call to the handshake at the end, it was a classy experience. My technician, Tim, showed up and was very professional. He walked me through the issue, made recommendations on the various options I had. He was in and out in less than an hour. Everything looked as if he were never here when he left. He even told me about a coupon that was available that I was unaware of, waiving the labor charge. This is the definition of INTEGRITY. It obvious this is a great company, with a fantastic set of expectations for its employees. I would recommend Precision without a doubt.

Called Precision Door after discovering our "inexpensive" (read: "cheap") ten year old screw-drive garage door opener and finally turned its last revolution. A technician was scheduled for first thing the next morning morning. The following morning, Raymond called at 7:30am and told me he was on his way. He was at the house by 8:00, did an expert job trouble shooting the issue. Repairing the old system would be as costly (if not more so) than a new one, so we went with a new system. He explained the differences and refreshingly did NOT try to sell me the most expensive thing on the truck. He was done in an hour and our new system works like a charm! I'd definitely call Precision Door again. They're professional, punctual, knowledgeable and helpful.
