You can only imagine the scare I had when my caregiver (I am handicapped) was leaving Friday evening and from inside my house all I heard was a horrible sound of metal bending. My garage door was off of parts of both tracks, both tracks were bent and the door was hanging half closed. The garage door couldn't move up or down electronically or shut manually. My caregiver was frightened to have my garage half open all weekend just inviting trouble. She found Précision Overhead Garage Door Opening on Saturday morning, she saw they were BBB accredited and she contacted them. A gentleman came out to my home by noon on Saturday. Being on a fixed income I feared the cost of replacing a 2 car garage door on a weekend. The gentleman was able to repair rather than replace the structure and rather than paying an extra weekend fee, a coupon was honored and their price was very reasonable. I couldn't believe how quickly my garage door was repaired. This was the most pleasant transaction I have had on a major repair to my home. I would highly recommend this company for their responsiveness, the speed of the repair and for performing only the repair needed and not replacing the 2 car garage door that I feared. They were quick and their price was very reasonable.

My door wasn't up high enough to get my car out and I hit it, bending the bottom panel pretty severely and knocking the door off the track. John from Precision came earlier than expected and, at my request, put my door back together so I could close it. When the door was back together, there was very little visible damage so I decided not to replace any parts of the door. John then adjusted and re-braced my door such that it runs better and quieter then it ever has.

We replaced one garage door opener with a belt-drive system back in August 2015. We love how quite it is so once the second garage door opener went out we didn't think twice about having Precision installing a second system. Great product and Tim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave great customer service. Thank you Presicion!

I live about 100 miles from my rental property. I called the office and the nice lady was very helpful. She contacted my renter and set up an appointment time that was convenient with her. After the technician checked out the garage door and opener he called me with his suggestions. He advised me about the repairs and what the home warranty would cover. I made my decision and he stayed at the home that day until everything was completed. I was able to pay with a credit card over the phone. This was such an easy process from the initial call to the completed job and the payment. Thanks to Raymond who did such a great job!

Found Precision on Angie's List. Saw they worked on broken springs for my garage door. Received a free service call (due to coupon through being an Angie's List member). They were able to visit the day I called. The tech Tim called before he arrived. He was very nice, professional and gave me a quote for the job. The price from the quote was great so I had TIM fix my broken spring immediately. Only took him about an hour and my garage door is working again. Super satisfied with the service. I originally had my opener purchased and installed by another company who "stated" I had a warranty with my purchase. After less than a year of frustration I called them and they stated that my parts are under warranty but mandatory labor and trip charge were not! And even though they advertise same day service, they could not see me for four days! So I hung up with them and called Precision! From the moment Michael entered my home "on time as promised" he was courteous, diagnosed my problem immediately, explained the service required and the very minimal cost associated, and then went to work! Michael was awesome! He made my garage door work better than it ever had! Or as he would humbly say, "he made it work the way it was suppose to work"! Thank you Michael! My future is with Precision! You guys are so awesome! I can't thank you enough! :-)

I arrived home on a Sunday late afternoon from a trip to find the coil on my garage door broken. I found Precision on line and they had an appt. available that night at 8:00. Tim came and fixed my garage. I had to pay a Sunday service fee but was worth it to get fixed that night. Tim explained everything, was personable and efficient. Would definitely recommend Precision.

Our garage door springs snapped late on a Saturday night and after doing a quick internet search for a repair company, we called Precision and they had a service technician at our house on Sunday morning by 9am. Tim (technician) called when he was on the way and came equipped with all the right parts to replace our broken springs. Upon further inspection, he noted that our actual garage door motor was very worn and went over our options in detail. After discussing for a while, we decided to also replace the motor unit with a new one. Our new system is SO quiet and also can be operated from our phones. Extremely happy with the customer service that Precision provided on our initial call, the service and care that Tim took to complete our spring replacement but also the added job of replacing the entire unit. Highly recommend, great job all the way around!

All ratings were five star, showing satisfaction from customers. When I called I had no idea it would be installed the same day. Michael was very patient as he answered all our questions. There was no pressure from him. It was obvious he believed in the Precision business model. After he finished, he thoroughly cleaned up, even though he had to get to another appointment. In service work, one buys the company, but the company's representative is the most important factor in the buying process. Michael was able to achieve the magic of creating value by confidently adding understanding to price.

I chose your company because i needed Sunday emergency service.The add in the Yellow pages said you provide service 24/7 so i called. The operator was very professional, she answered my questions and scheduled me an appointment.The technician was prompt, on time, courteous and provided quality service.He replaced a cable and a bearing plate.Everything was great except the cost of labor.You must be a union co.
