I liked the same day service and thought Tim was very courteous and caring. He took all the time I needed to explain the why's and where fore's as to how things would happen and how they would then work. I would be happy to call Precision again as long as they sent Tim out again.

Service Rep fixed loose wiring to garage door eye. Everything works fine. The Service Rep gets a 5 Star rating for coming before the appointed time and fixing problem in a prompt manner.

24/7 was the key. You have the best in Tim, 100% professional and.courteous and skilled. Took care of my broken springs and bearings quickly so I could continue with my day on Sunday morning. And the works like new, very pleased with everything start to finish. 5 stars for Precision Door!
