When the spring on our garage door broke, making it impossible to open so we could get my husband's car out, we called precision who had a technician available at noon that day. He was very professional and friendly and fixed our garage in an hour. So thankful to precision that we did not have to wait until Monday to get our garage fixed.

Perfect service. Our garage breaking was one of many in a string of issues we have had with our new house. Our service provider Patrick was extremely prompt and gave us a full breakdown of the issues we were having and our various options. He also was extremely flexible in scheduling, including on weekends, which was a lifesaver given the amount of time we have had to miss at work trying to get everything fixed. He helped us understand the system once installed both on the garage and the various wifi and app capabilities that came with. Even the dog liked him (she dislikes most). Could not more highly recommend him in every way.

Had Precision out today and they were great! Called first thing this morning for emergency repair and got me in within 4 hrs. Tech was on time, very courteous, and quick! Done correctly in less than 30 min. Plus, a year Warranty on both parts that he replaced. Highly recommend!!

Contacted Precision after challenging interaction with the installer of my Master Lift gate mover. Tech was scheduled 48 hours after call and arrived promptly on time. James was able to correctly assess the situation and had my rolling gate functional in less than an hour. Courteous and professional. To whom it may concern: I cannot express how disappointed I am with your company. From day one of doing business with Precision I have had nothing but problem. Let me give some history: 1- based on a suggestion from Precision I purchased a garage door opener from a third party vendor - suggested by a Precision technician while installing an opener an another one of my properties. 2- The day of installation the technician insisted that he could not install the Unit I bought at the recommendation of the Precision technician. 3- I had to purchase a whole new unit from Precision to install. To date I have spent over 3K with Precision on what is supposed to be the #1 unit you sell. 4- The original opener installed blew and at first precision wanted to bill me for a whole new install even though I had warranty. After many arguments precision finally installed a new unit under warranty. 5- Since the install of the second unit I have had intermittent issues with the unit not going down. Precision has sent a technician out twice whom both state nothing is wrong with the opener even though I have shown video of the unit not working. 6- The last vist the manager at precision stated that if the issue happened again they would replace the unit under warranty. 7- Today the technician once again stated that there is nothing wrong with the unit and that is after seeing the video. I once again have been told that there is nothing Precision can do. I am sorry but the service provided by precision is unacceptable. I have yet to get the service Precision is committed to providing. Your warranties are not honored and your team does not do the right thing. What they do is find excuses to not provide a device that works. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well giving details feedback on consumer review website. I do not accept “nothing we can do”! Thanks
